Ponchos! I must get ponchos! I knew I had forgotten something.

I've got two weeks until the trip and I'm starting to get things together for packing. I've got the over the counter med bag packed (band-aids, immodium, tums, cold meds), several anti-bacterial gel bottles and wipes, got the crocs cleaned and ready to go and have a general idea in my head about which swimsuits, cover-ups, shorts and tank tops to pack.

WOo! It's actually going to happen!

We will be at POP from June 16th to 24th.

I cannot wait. We are not telling DD5 or DD6 until we get there.

No, I just kind of wing it. I did start a suitcase and if I see something I know I don't need right now, but do for the trip, I just throw it in there. It is already full, so I guess I need to start another.

At least this trip we leave on a Monday so we have all weekend to pack!

Me, too!!! I started throwing stuff into ours last night. DH couldn't believe that I was actually putting stuff into it. I have already packed a few t-shirts and some socks. I have got all of our toiletries in a couple of bags, but I have yet to pack them or put them into any order.

I need to start making a list now. That way as I remember stuff, I can write it down and have a check list before we leave!

the allearsnet website has a great packing list, i dont pack all of it , but it is a great check off list to help you remember things.

Even DH (who is sick of hearing about it all!) must be getting anxious--he counted his short sneaker socks this morning to make sure he has enough for the week!! How cute.
