Well it is official. We are spending the night of July 1 at the Pop, and then moving to the Dolphin for July 2-5. I've wanted to stay at the Pop for a long time, but am a little worried. It sounds like you either love it or hate it. Hopefully I will love it. But even if I don't it is only for 1 night, right?

I've also never stayed at the Dolphin before. So this is a trip with a lot of firsts for me.

I am a little bummed that no one else on the list is staying where I am at the same time.

You should enjoy POP. I am one who has had issues but I believe you will be fine. I too would love to see some other DISERs staying where I am, when I am there. Don't give up hope, as we get closer, I suspect our numbers will continue to grow and we may have others who might join in our resorts. Lois

Here is how a photopass share works..


The person in charge running the share will pre-order the cd $99.95 price.

If there is 8 people in the share, will split that cost between the 8. $5 is added to each total to cover your cd, jewel case and shipping. You can either send a money order for that or paypal it which I am guessing will be a fee of around $1

~So with the 8 people in a share, you are looking at totals of $17.50 with shipping and such or $18.50 if you use paypal.

~While you are in Disney you just need to get your photopass card which they will give you the first time one of the photopass photogs takes your picture. You can use the same one the entire trip or get different ones each day, etc.. You will need that # on the back to enter online on the photopass site to see your pics.

~Keep all your cards together and when you get back you will take turns getting all of the photos up and edited. the person in charge will give out the password one at a time as they each get back and get ready to upload. Just remember you only have 30 days from the time the first photo goes up.


~When the final person is done the person in charge will put in for the cd.

You can certainly be going at overlapping times and still have this work. Just keep up with all of your cards and most importanly DO NOT put your photos online to look at your pics from the card unless it is in our group account. You can only enter them one time in one account so if you do this in another account you will not be able to add them to ours to have them on the cd.

I joined a stroller swap for my week - $20 for the week instead of over $100. We're trying to fill in the gaps and except for my week (July 5-12) July is wide open. Anyone need a double stroller for their week?

I'd like to join a stroller swap, but I can't find any with strollers that will hold my 5-year-old-future-football-player-son. We may just have to bring our own or rent when we get there (but not from Disney, of course...way too much $$$).

Well we just got home and Janet seems to be doing OK. She had bunions removed from both her feet. She will be mostly confined to the sofa till at least Monday. She goes back to see the doctor on Monday and will get new walking orders at that time.
