I may have missed this somewhere in this long thread, but how hilly is the Disneyland 1/2 course? My neighborhood is hilly - I've had to modify the Galloway plan to run when I can and walk up the steeper hills. I'm truly tired of the hills and the heat.
Ran 10 last night. Feeling it this morning! Have a trip planned to Disneyworld this weekend.Hoping all the walking there will count as a workout!
I haven't ran it yet
but my friend has and she didn't say that it was hilly. I think for most part it's a pretty flat course. I know training on hills sucks (I do it all the time as well) but it pays off. If you have a race that is flat your time is going to be much better and if the course is hilly you are prepared. Remember that hill work is speed work in disguise
Hoping all the walking there will count as a workout!

I love Disneyland!
