Official Dancing with the Stars Season 7 Thread!

i thought i'd seen Corky sitting in the audience last night - without Cloris!!

(would sure love to get him alone, for the "real dirt" on how it was hauling that heffer Cloris around on the dance floor....)

IMO its time for Susan to go home if she cant put in the time an effort the rest of them do .... and it realy shows from last nights performance she did not...her heart is not into this this show..."where there is a will ...there is a way"

I want Derek to teach me how to dance. He is amazing and I love his energy.

I also really like Warren and Kym they are great, he is as big guy so I know certain things are tough for him.

Susan unfortunately should be the next victim, but I don't even think she wants to be on the show anymore, I think she is done and had enough. She is very petit and it looked like Tony was moving her as he wanted. She was totally stiff.

The Paso at the end was OUTSTANDING. They all worked as a team and were fantastic, they were more focused as a group than individual and I think that is what made them shine.

The Cha Cha group was more concerned about their solo parts.

Even though I think Lacey needs a major attitude adjustment, I don't like her personality at all. I mean you won a reality dance show, how long have you really been competing? Julianne and Derek have been competing for a long time and it shows.

However Lance and Lacey did a great job last night, I don't like the Rhumba and I thought they did really really well.

Now back to the show........I do think Lance and Lacey are doing a great job, although I don't personally like Lacey. I didn't like her on So You Think You Can Dance. I think Brooke and Derek are the best and hopefully will win. All my votes go to Cody and Julianne (or Edyta) because Julianne is my favorite. She was missed last night, poor Cody. I think Susan should go home, even though Cody had the lowest score.

So do you know Lacey personally? Since you don't personally like her.

I wonder if the main reason Cody is still in this competition is because Julianne was his partner. I think Julianne is more famous/well-known than Cody.

I do and was being facetious. As much as I dislike watching her, I seriously wouldn't wish that on her.

I was just wondering because most people don't need their appendix out with endometriosis. At least none of the people that I know with it have. They've had other things done (some sound pretty terrible) but as far as I know, they all have their appendix.

Hate is powerful. If you look at somebody through brown tinted glasses guess what you're going to see. The Lacey haters had her pegged the moment she stepped out. No matter how good she is she can do no good in their eyes.

I think I read that bec she had ignored her endometriosis for so long, it had 'spread' down to her appendix and damaged the tissue there. It was my understanding -- and I could be wrong -- that they were doing surgery for her endo and cysts and were also removing her appendix while they were at it. But for whatever reason, Julianne has a tendency to keep referring solely to her appendix.

I read somewhere that she said she had been having problems for like 5 years but just kept ignoring it. This time she had an "attack" (for lack of a better word) on the set so they made her go to the hospital where they found out what the problem was, and it had spread out causing damage requiring the appendix to be removed.

This is a little strong. I don't really care for Lacey, but she does have talent. Last night, she and Lance were head and shoulders the best in their group dance and did a wonderful job in their individual dance.

On the other hand, I thought she was whiny and acted like a brat in the pre-dance clip where she was mad because Lance had a broken toe and was uncomfortable trying to dance barefoot. Having had broken toes before, I saw where he was coming from. I think she was more concerned about getting to do the dance the way she wanted to more than she was concerned about him (another example of her wanting to make herself look good at all costs). She made herself look bad - didn't need any help...

I hope Maurice/Cheryl or Tony/Susan are in the bottom two

Perhaps it was the cleaned up explanation she had to say. There are probably lots of families with small kids watching. While the adults know what's going on, it's easier for them to explain to a child the appendix than to go into all the women's issues & problems of endometriosis.

The other professionals take alot of it from the judges and still keep their cool.

But everything we see from rehearsals is edited, perhaps to get the voting outcome to be what the producers want to see? Tony did go to NYC at least for one week to rehearse with Susan. I know AMC is her job, but couldn't they have sent Erica on an unexpected family emergency so that she could practice more? I think she cost them a lot of points last night in the group dance. She looks so out of place, stiff, and uncomfortable.

I don't really see her as having an attitude. I suppose that's debatable as well.

I think a lot of people don't like her because
A) She has confidence
B) She goes against the grain
C) She was previously on a different reality show
D) She had a fling with David Cook
