No surprise with the two that went home last night, I figure Billy D will live on for another week.

I was not a fan of Sean Avery, he seemed sarcastic and the minute I heard him talk it was an instant turn-off. Hoping for Candace and Meryl in the finals

I wonder if Diana would have stayed if she had been paired with Tristan instead of Henry? Tristan has a fan base. Plus he seems so wonderfully gentle with the older women, like Valerie Harper.

Speaking of fake drama, I was annoyed that they have set up a direct competition between Danica and Candace and Cody and James. Candace said something like "Danica got better scores than me last week so I need to do better." and James said the same kind of thing about Cody. I would prefer less trash talk or direct comparison and have them concentrate on themselves. There is no rule that says there can only be one teen girl heartthrob or over-the-hill actress from the 80's on the show in the final 4 and they are really competing against everyone and not just the other one in their star niche.

Even my husband who is not a big fan and usually reads and occasionally looks at the TV during some of the dances, was noticing the whole Danica/Candace "thing". Besides them talking about each other, when Danica finished her dance the camera zoomed in on Candace's reaction. After Danica received her scores, the camera again showed Candace's reaction. Same thing when Candace danced and was scored, camera pointed on Danica.

It seemed ridiculous! Just because they both happened to be child stars on TV sitcoms why it the show CREATING a rivalry between them?

I noticed on the first week, after Charlie danced they showed Merly's reaction and vice versa. That makes sense since they have been close for something like 18 years. However, the Danica/Candace fake drama is super silly!

Oh, and I hope that Billy Dee goes next.

Just now watching last nights episode, and already I am frustrated. First, how unfair to have a double elimination the first week. With all the work these stars put into their routines, they deserve a chance to stay longer. second, it is ridiculous that so many people voted for Billy D Williams that he stayed in a double elimination week. The man can't do more then walk around.

I just finished watching Diana's dance, and am sad to see her go first only because she is such a great lady. And what a great sport she was about it.

Years ago, when these reality TV competitions first started, there was a web group that purposely banded together to vote on the worst person, just to skew the votes. They might still be around.

If they did all vote for Billy Dee and he got a few thousand votes more than the next bottom two: Diana & Sean, then it would make sense that they got the boot over him.

There have been times where I purposely threw a few votes to someone worse because I wanted to see someone else go home first. So, this group of people could potentially screw up things for the better dancers by always voting for the worst contestant.

I thought he was so cute out there talking to R2D2, and I don't even like Star Wars. I enjoyed his performance as well as his extra stuff. My daughter was recently tall enough to go to Star Tours and she loved that ride. She calls it R2D2 and when she saw that dance, she freaked out. All week, she kept asking to watch the "R2D2 dance". I was glad he stuck around, but I know that isn't a popular opinion.

Agreed. I actually wish they'd skip elimination the first week and let everyone do two dances before sending anyone home. I think they actually did do that at least one season, everyone did a Latin dance and a Ballroom dance before anyone went home. Some people are so much better at one style over the other. I think it would be nice to really give everyone a chance at both styles before voting them off.

What does she know about dancing? She's just there to plug GMA. I really hate all the gimmicks they are trying. IMHO it will chase away the fans they have left.

At this point, I think they are willing to try anything. Throw enough poop against the wall something is bound to stick lol. They will keep trying until their fan base throws their hands in the air and cries uncle.

It should be Billy Dee. Let's hope. I don't think I can bear watching the judges try to be honest without being hurtful in their comments again next week. He is just not up to par.

It won't be Cody but I wouldn't mind if it was.

If it is not Billy Dee, who does everyone think might be on the chopping block? Drew?
