Hannah got a score of 20. While Kel got 16. Even though he danced almost as well as she did. He should have gotten an 18.

I think since she's on another ABC show, her inflated vote was more about keeping her on. Even though she doesn't seem to need the help.

I have a feeling they purposely scored him low as they know Lamar will get all the Kardashian fan votes. They need to even out the votes.
