I feel like they are playing up Bindi this season. This is another added thing, blowing this up in the media, when it honestly isn't that big of the deal. The judge probably knows her father is no longer with us, but from a legal standpoint, they need to have something on file and treat all cases fairly.

I love Bindi, but yes, this is really no big deal. She just has to produce a death certificate, as she would have done to get a passport. I'm sure there would be no issue getting their lawyer to fax it over.

I really enjoyed the Chicago dance a lot. I also really enjoy seeing Mark and Derek dance together so that made it that much more fun. There's just something fun about seeing pros dance together who have been dancing together for years (Mark and Derek; Lindsay and Whitney).

What happened?

She was in the hospital for most of today. They judged her dress rehearsal for her first dance and she just happened to get out of the hospital and get back right before they went to commercial break right before her dance with Nick.

I have to say I'm really surprised that they put both Alexa and Carlos in jeopardy. Either way, they will both be disappointed. If it had been Alexa and Alex or Carlos and Tamar (just for example), it would have been a bit more drama, I think, when they announced whichever one of those two is going to be gone.

Should have been Alek (as much as I really like him). Then Nick. Then Carlos. Thought Alexa, Bindi and Tamar should be final 3. But I think it will be Bindi and Nick as final 2.

Oh, I think they both provided enough drama.

Remember: only ONE couple (Alexa) had the lowest score. The other couple is picked for drama & suspense (unless they state BOTH couples have the lowest scores.) This is the first time they even had a commercial break before they announced which couple went home. I know because I've been the "thread secretary" posting who goes home and they have never taken a break like that before, this season.
