I'm just curious like most everyone else what happened with Artem....it seems there were a switch ups prior to today with pairings.

Yeah, will miss Artem. I'm sure he will be around, but they must have lost his partner at the last minute. Or maybe he was supposed to get Paula and she requested Louis.

That's one rumor I've heard or Tamar was his original was another one I've heard. We shall see if anyone squeaks

I was excited about Bindi and Derek is my favorite pro so I'm excited they are partners.

I don't mind Anna and agree with Mizzoufan that she is better than Karina, but there are other pros that I miss more (Tristan, Jonathan) that I want back. Gary is going to be a hoot.

I don't mind Anna and agree with Mizzoufan that she is better than Karina, but there are other pros that I miss more (Tristan, Jonathan) that I want back. Gary is going to be a hoot.

I like Karina. She won me over with JR Martinez.

I was hysterical when I saw that Gary Busey is with Anna. I think I know who the first one out will be. Glad Tony is back and that he didn't get Paula Deen. I don't know many of these "stars" but am looking forward to the new season. No football player nor an athlete this year.

I am really looking forward to this season despite the mess that was the cast announcement. The cast is very diverse and there are several celebrities that could win. My picks to make finals right now are Nick and Sharna, Bindi and Derek, Alexa and Mark, and Andy and Allison/Carlos and Witney. Tamar seems like she has dancing potential, but I just don’t see her connecting with the viewers. I think she will be the shocking elimination of the season. Alek is my dark horse of the season as I think he could go far if he can control his nerves. Of course I have been wrong in the past (I predicted Lolo and Keo would make finals over Sadie and Mark), so we will have to see what happens once the show goes live.

Artem posted on Instagram today that due to last minute casting changes, he will not be a pro this season but he will still be dancing on the show (in the troupe would be my guess). Louis traveled back to Georgia with Paula yesterday, so perhaps Artem did not want to or could not commit to traveling back and forth with her and the producers had no backup celebrity for him to dance with.

I would love to see Tristan come back! He was one of my favorite pros. I hope Sasha can be a pro again too. He sure has earned his spot.

I feel for Artem, I think I'd rather him be in over Keo.

There will be another dance show on right after this one starting Monday night....Dance Battle Challenge based off the dance videos Houghs and others started doing at the holidays.

Karina with her platform shoes made me LOL. Pretty sure Derek has done the jumping pose before. Tamar and Val look good together.

Poor Anna. Poor Keo. Poor Tony. Louis looks content, it might be ok. But mainly, poor Anna.
