Glad LT is gone. He hasn't improved at all from week 1!

I missed the first half hour so I didn't see the first couple in the pro dance off (my Tivo was working overtime last night and I "gasp" had to watch DWTS live on another TV). Anyway, I wasn't really impressed with either of the two couples I saw.

The tall guy was so skinny and I just thought he looked way to feminine with his moves and his partner just seemed very wobbly. They worked well together though.

Gemya ???? and Snow were ok, but they didn't seem to dance together. It was all about themselves and it just didn't blow me away. I have seen Rumba's better than that from the stars.

Just wondering if the first couple were better??

I missed the first couple, too! I liked Gemya and Snow better than the first couple, also, even though both were phenomenal.

Loved the Celtic Women! Beautiful voices and those DANCERS!! Wow!!! That was the first time I enjoyed the results show!

I think those dancers were part of the American team on that World Dance show a few months ago (created by Nigel from SYTYCD and hosted by the Lord of the Dance guY).......I forget the style they called their dancing, but it was all about the lifts and stuff.

I hope Afton and Brad make it all the way. I really enjoyed them most of all the new couples.

the first pro couple (Afton and Brad) in the danceoff were my favorites by far.

the "encore" dance was the group 60's dance. bleh.

and yes - I also recognized the dancers with Celtic Woman from that world dance show travesty... it was a painful show to watch even though some of the dancers were amazing.

Yes that show was awful. I don't know why I continued watching it because the production, format and judges were terrible!

That is what I read in a recap on another site. I only started watching SYTYCD last season so I wasn't familiar with her.

Missed her on DWTS last night, but I figured w/ a name like that, it had to be the same person. The sleazy quality remark leaves no doubt. I never could understand why she presents herself that way -- she's a darn good ballroom dancer.

My fav is Lil Kim and Derek, I really really love them, they have this energy and are so captivating and adorable, they have that real star quality together. I think Gilles might win tho and like him also, Melissa and Tony good too, but we're really routing for Lil Kim and Derek. I hope that Derek's trying to tone her down last dance didn't ruin it for them tho, they really seemed to have a chance to actually possibly win.
