Official Dancing with the Stars - All Stars

You could be right. Up until last week, I thought Kirstie's fan base would pull her through for another 2 to 3 weeks at least but then she appeared to be in the bottom 4(did they ever say that those 4 were the true bottom four - Kirstie, Drew, Sabrina, Helio?). Of course, Sabrina was also in that bottom 4. Plus, dancing first does Maks and Kirstie no favors.

Sabrina got sort of mixed judges reactions last night and danced early which could definitely make her vulnerable.

I hope it is not Melissa.
I hope it's not Melissa too. I think it will be Kirstie or Sabrina, although I disagree about dancing first not being to Kirstie's advantage. I think the judges may have scored Kirstie and Bristol even lower had they danced after some of the other really good dances as neither of them are not in the same league as the rest.

I'm going to say Sabrina or Melissa. I believe Kirstie has a big enough fan base to keep her around a bit longer.

I don't know. I was in Kirstie's fan base. I voted for her last week as I felt she is better than Bristol & should stay over her. But, Bristol stayed and I think all of Kirstie's fans saw that while we did get her to stay on, and Bristol didn't leave, that it hurt two BETTER dancers than either Kirstie & Bristol. :sad1: While I wouldn't have ever have voted for Drew or Helio, they are better dancers.

It's clear to me that Bristol will skate by and stay again tonight. Heck, even she knows it and asked for her dance to be made easier because she realizes she doesn't really have to put in the work. (Contrast that to Gilles & Apollo who put in their all, challenged themselves, challenged their pro partners, went out of their comfort zones, and came out with fabulous dances. :thumbsup2)

Even Louie mentioned it to his partner that NO ONE else is safe as Bristol & Kirstie (the two worst dancers) have such a strong fan base. Interesting that he deliberately mentioned them to his partner.

So that DOES mean a better dancer than Bristol will go tonight. :sad2: Kirstie, as much as I like her is the weakest dancer of the bunch, after Bristol. I did throw Kirstie a few votes, but I definitely voted for Gilles, as he should stay, and I also gave several votes to Tony as I want him to stay over Kirstie. (And Melissa is a better dancer than Kirstie.)

Mama? Heck, they showed how well "Bristol the Pistol" handles one in her package a couple weeks ago:lmao:.

I really don't want to think that the judges are not fair, but I am starting to believe that they are indeed being told to score Bristol higher so she can return week after week. Her fans can see her "dance" and the rest of us can whine and gnash our teeth over a train wreck from which we can't look away.

Win-Win for ABC ... so they think. Except, rigging the judging erodes the credibility of the show.
Her dance last week was at least good, this week's was abysmal and she received higher scores! Like you said, her dance was Kindergarten and the rest were PhD's (except Kirstie, which was the 2nd worst). She (1) refused to do a single lift, (2) found the steps difficult, (3) asked for dumbed down routine and (4) executed that routine poorly. For those fans who like to see Bristol improve ... I think she hit her brick wall.

They lost credibility the first time Bristol was on and made it to the final 3 and then had to insert a new Judges' dance to insure she doesn't win by Viewer votes only. But, definitely last week, as Drew & Helio left. :sad1:

I think Bristol will go when the judges finally have a dance off, and the PRODUCERS decide when that will be and when they think it's time for Bristol to finally go. I HOPE that's by the time we reach the final 4. That should be the BEST dancers, not someone who "improves" and is no where near the league of the others. That's like allowing a 10 year old, Little League player in to play with the Major League baseball players and then say it's okay to judge them by different standards than everyone else. That's malarkey!

LOVED LOVED LOVED Gilles! If I were to vote (and I don't), my votes would go towards him. All of them.

I do agree with this part, though! :thumbsup2 :thumbsup2 :thumbsup2

Nevermind. Plans are for tomorrow nite instead.

I'm hoping that Bristol will go tonight but I don't think so. That being said I am not a fan of Emmitt. I really liked him on his season but I'm not happy with his dancing this season. He does better with the fast dances and not the slow sexy ones. I have a feeling that Sabrina or Melissa will go tonight. It seems like the couple who get the worst critique from the judges regardless of scores are the ones to leave.

I wanted to like Val and Kelly and I did like a lot of their dance but I HATED, HATED, HATED their absurd smoldering in all of the lead up to the dance. It was ridiculous and obnoxious. If they go home, I won't cry.

This!!!

I also HATED their "smoldering" too!!! SO annoying! From the moment they took the stage at the very beginning of the show they didnt smile, clap or show any emotion of being happy to be there. Seemed like they were trying to create some drama over themselves.

Heck, they didnt really even crack a smile when they got their great score.

Because of that attitude, I hope they go home tonight!!!!

We just missed the first 9 minutes due to live coverage of the earthquake. What did we miss? What couple was asked to dance again? Thanks!

Entertainment Tonight said that DWTS, last nite was number 1 in the ratings with 13.1 million viewers.

Shawn & Derek are safe.
Sabrina & Louie are safe.

Bristol & Mark are in jeopardy. (Probably for ratings drama only. Have to do something to keep the 13.1 million viewers watching. Plus this show is the lead in for a political debate airing right afterward. :rolleyes1 )

Never thought of it that way but now that you mention it that makes a lot of sense. Bristol isn't going anywhere for a while.

WAS THAT THE STUPIDEST THING EVER!!!! :crazy2:

I literally thought I was going to have a heart attack. :rotfl: I kept screaming at the tv, my cat thought I had lost it. ;) I went on WCVB's fb page and kept posting "put on DWTS" along with just about every other person posting on their page.

Nothing like getting priorities straight. :lmao:

Nothing happened on the show. The show is wasting a LOT of time. :headache:

My husband just gave me crap for being mad. Whatever....:rotfl2:

The newscasters were literally talking to someone on the phone about how a mixing bowl almost fell off the top of their fridge. Seriously, I was missing DWTS for this? ;)

Yay! Melissa & Tony are safe.

Kirstie & Maks are in jeopardy.

In Jeopardy:

Kirstie & Maks
Apollo & Karina
Bristol & Mark

Susan Boyle looks so nervous. She reached out for Donny's hand. :( She's also singing way too fast. She also sounded a half note off key. :(

Yikes!! That was not good! She looked scared to death!! :scared1:
