Its my DD's birthday the week before we go, and my DW's 2 days after we leave, I'm thinking we should 'move' their birthdays so they can :cake: celebrate them in florida.

Anyone done this?

It was DS birthday a few weeks before we went so when we made our dining reservations we called them to say we were celebrating his birthday. Sometimes he got a small cupcake at the end with a candle and other times at the Signatures we got sprinkles on the table and a personalised menu with his name on it. When you check in at your resort tell them your celebrating birthdays and they'll get Birthday Badges too :-)

Yes it will be my DD 10th birthday a few days before we arrive.

We do it often. Last month we did the 14 night Transatlantic Disney cruise to celebrate our 25th Anniversary even though it was the week before we sailed.

Every year I register with restaurants we want to eat at a few days before flying. My Birthday is always the day we fly, they give offers for registering and Birthday offers, Sweet Tomatoes send BOGOF voucher, others give free starters, main, dessert or a discount.
