I went to cathlic school in Illinois....I hated those uniforms and the nuns were flat mean....I was there only my Freshman year then we moved to SC after my parents retired from Scott AFB

i went to a catholic middle school and i hated every minute of it. EVERYTHING you did you were "going to hell!" "you failed the math test?? YOU'RE GOING TO HELL!"

we only had a few nuns when i went, but they were the meanest ones. i wonder why that happens? do they give a course on "nun-meanery 101" or something?

you know what i would have LOVED!? if my high school would have had a hockey team. even if i wouldn't have been able to play on it(which, i would have complained about THAT if they tried lol) i would have still gone to the games. but they ran out of money while BUILDING the new high school, so they barely had any money to spend on the sports teams.

Hockey is just not that big around here....we dont even have Hockey leagues....Football real big here. Courtney Brown the #1 pick in the NFL draft a few season ago is from my town as is Joe Hamilton....so football is it. I was a big basketball guy but played football and Baseball....hated baseball but played

We only had one nun when I was little. She was nice. Sister Barb. although she's married now...and obviously no longer a nun. I went to a Catholic school my whole life (until college.) I loved going to such a small school. And the religion classes were an easy A. I also liked wearing a uniform. It was hideous and we got in trouble for disobeying some of the uniform rules...but it was just so easy to know what I had to wear every day.
