Beak and Barrel First Edition Pirate Mug

So, after first day reservation availability refresh frenzy for several hours being in vain, I was able to get a reservation at Beak and Barrel for this coming Saturday on "take 2" of the reservation release.

Thoughts on the "Exclusive Pirate Skull First Edition Mug"?. I really wish there was a non-alcohol version drink with the mug, even if it cost a lot. How long do you think "first edition" will be available and will it be recognizable among future editions?

Trying to decide if I'm paying for the $46 drink and just dumping it for the mug.

Don’t forget to add a tip…

They usually serve you and then bring it over wrapped in a box so it isn’t broken . Also tell them I don’t want alcohol.
Hopefully they will substitute .

I have a reservation also next Thursday.
I’m wondering if it is plaster or plastic.
I expect a line just for the mug but I guess reservations are required currently.

We’re going next month and would like the mug but don’t want that drink…
Wondering if we can just buy it empty or if they’ll serve my toddler water in it and if so how much would it cost?

They always give a clean mug even when you buy the drink. I was able to purchase the mug for the full price of the drink. Interesting though that it counted as one of my two drinks per limit. When I tried to get a second actual drink (non alcoholic) they couldn’t sell it to me. I was at limit due to the mug purchase with no drink. Enjoy! It’s a fun experience.
