"Official" 2024 Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party

Does anyone have a favorite blogger who will be live streaming from the first party tonight? Every year I find myself watching a bunch of not so great live streams and wishing for someone more focused.

I’m watching ResortTV1. Watched them last year and enjoyed it.

On youtube, if you search "mickey's not so scary halloween party" and then filter by live, you can find all the current livestreams at any given time! I see four right now but am mainly hopping between Resort TV 1 and Ron on the Go.

Last year we weren't able to get ours until right before 4. We went to the location across from Buzz. It was fairly disorganized though. Not well marked and no one knew where to go. I'm hoping you can get them a little earlier. I want to get in line for Jack and Sally before they let the party guests in, but without a band, it's a no go.

Great, thanks for answering that. I know we were able to get them earlier than the party start time for an AH party in April but this is a different animal so I wanted to be sure. Never been to an MNSSHP before and we are looking forward to two next month!

We arrived about 4:25 and no wait to get in. My bandaged hand caused some issues because the cast member said they are supposed to put wrist bands on right hand and I told her I would rather not. After asking a supervisor she was told left is totally fine. It wasn’t an issue. We rode a few rides and hit tiana at a listed 20 minute wait but we waited 10 minutes from entering line to entering boat. I would say at least 8 people checked our bands while getting in line for Tiana which I appreciated. when we got off it was a madhouse over there. The line queue that winds around over there was totally full. We hopped into a trick or treat line over there and beat the crowd for that too. Of note it was before 7. Hit a few more trick or treat lines ahead of the big rush and watched power line max dance in adventure land. Jack sparrow was meeting and had zero line. Worked our way to Tomorrowland and the kids rode space mountain which I didn’t think I could with my bandaged hand (I didn’t think I could get out lol). So I did people mover. Was basically alone on it. I really wanted to hit more of the party specific stuff but the (grown) kids want to ride and get candy so that’s basically what we are doing. Hope to see fireworks and Sanderson sister show and second parade. I also really want to get over to frontier land and see what is going on and the haunted mansion. Hopefully we can get those things in.

I'm hoping we can get it a little earlier this year. I'm going to try Tortuga Tavern as that's close to where I want to be. Hoping to jump on to Tiana pretty quickly. May try for Jack and Sally later as we want to head to Encanto. That is our "dress up" theme this year. In 2022 we went to see Moana first then headed over to Jack and Sally, so we were late getting in line. We waited almost 2 hours. Maybe try during the parades?

We have always gotten ours in front of Mickey's Philharmagic. Never had a problem.

I was watching the live stream before and could've sworn I caught it from the start but I didn't see the headless horseman. Did I miss him or is he out this year?

I saw him ride on ResortTv1. He came out a couple of minutes prior to the parade.

**Fun fact: We did a carriage ride in June at POR and the horse pulling our carriage was in training to make the ride with the headless horseman in this year's parades.

I’m wondering how the wait for Tron turned out. It wasn’t too bad at the AH event and I’m hoping it’ll be similar! We are going in one week and I can’t wait!

Are there live actors in the Pirates ride again this year or are they just out in front of the ride?
