Got there just before 7 and was quickly wristed up and walking down Main Street. First stop was DD's pick Small World and that was a walk on. Second was DS and DH pick - Tomorrow Land Speedway. 10 minute wait which is the shortest I can remember.
Buzz Lightyear - 5 minute wait
Space Mountain - 15 minute wait
Shopping for Halloween Ears and then it was getting closer the start and the crowds really dispersed and then
Haunted House Walk on
Peter Pan - 10 minutes
Winnie the Pooh 5 minutes
Ariel - Walk on
Thunder Mountain - Walk on
Jungle Book Walk on
Pirates Walk on
Aladdin - walk on
Dumbo walk on
Went through candy stops when they were close. Some took awhile (the one at Splash Mountain and only ONE piece of candy) and others fast (Gepetto's - big fist fulls)
No wait for treats - if you want to have popcorn with a closed box get it over near Pirates - much easier to throw in a bag.
We watched the Calvacades in sporadically between rides. Didn't do any Memory images - the lines were very long. Did stop to check the merch on the way out and a Halloween Minnie ended up going home with us.
I haven't been to an after hours event since a MNSSHP 15 year ago, but this was well worth it for us. We got to do the rides with little wait, some free treats and a small crowd.
