We were planning on buying APs for our trip in early March. Can I buy those ahead of time to get the discount on DAH tickets without activating the APs until our trip?

Realized if we arrive Sunday instead of Saturday night, the hotel savings will perfectly cover DAH.

I read the entire thread from last year and people were saying they called and were able to pay the AP price. They were just told that they would be expected to present their AP when they got there. So you’re going to need your AP by the date of your DAH.

Generally if you have an AP voucher (not activated) you can get AP discounts/rates when logged in. You’ll likely be able to buy the DAH tickets with a discount if you have an AP voucher.

Honestly, it wouldn't break my heart of Space Mountain were to close for the Feb. 8 date. I hate that ride - my husband loves it. .. :sad2:
I love Space Mountain. I would like to see it get refurbished, but after our stay lol. We already had to move things so we could eat at Cinderella's Royal Table. It is closed 3 out of the 4 park days we have available.

Quick question, this is from a 2016 DAH, right? I’m assuming it is given the 11-2AM hours?

Thanks. I was just looking at all of my paperwork from DAH earlier this year and can’t find a similar statement of open rides. Either they didn’t publish one or I didn’t keep it (both could be valid!). :-)
Do you think they’ll let people in at 4 next year?

Million dollar question I guess! Wish we knew. Logic would say it’ll be 4 again just like the parties, but with Disney who knows. I do get a little nervous that with a much smaller event they could actually enforce what they they say in terms of the event time (7pm), but I guess we’ll just have to wait and see. :confused3

Well I have dinner at 4 for crystal palace and whispering canyon at 5:30ish just in case lol. I’ll probably end up changing crystal palace because we are going to eat at 1900 Park fare with pooh characters.

We stayed at the Poly too! True..I think we made an extra stop because we were the 4th stop and they never told us where we were going to stop or in what order-not such a big deal but with young, tired kids it was kind of a let down after such an amazing night!

It'll be interesting to see if they are available and until what time.. This time we're staying at the YC so it will be a bit further for us. Still soooo worth it :)

I’m wondering if my Poly bus also stopped at FW, in addition to CR, WL, before going to Poly? I wish I had taken better notes because I can’t quite remember.

I do remember at the time being pretty annoyed because we had had such a WONDEFUL night and all of a sudden getting back to Poly was taking FOREVER, but it must not have been that bad an experience. Or I just told myself to get over it because we had otherwise had a great night. :-)

We do rely on you and your note-taking abilities! :thanks:

I haven't *officially* purchased my tickets, but we'll be at POR, so not sure how that will factor into my bus ride situation...

Does that mean that if you have DAH but not park tickets you can get in at 4 with a dining reservation? Or do you have to have park tickets too?
