as much as you don't want to, get out and walk around a park after the race. My normal disneyland or world half routine is finish, go back and clean up, ice, sit around for about 30 minutes then go walk around. You will feel so much better the next day. If I don't get out and move I will lock up and look like Frankenstein.....
Thanks! That's a good point. I asked the question on another board and someone also said that it's usually less crowded the day of the race than the days leading up to the race since everyone leaves that day. I'm not sure if that will be true with Tink, since Monday is a holiday. I will be driving to Santa Barbara at some point that day, so it probably would be a much better idea for me to walk around all day rather than get in the car right away for a 3 hour drive! LOL Frankenstein!

They're not bad, just for the freeways. And then when we go backstage to DCA after Mile 1/Mile 12 there's an underpass where the main crosswalk on Harbor to the parks is. We cross over the 5 after Mile 7, but I don't think it's an overpass. There's also a slight incline in DTD and a short downhill by paradise pier, but it's nothing major. Other than that, it's flat.
