I've been on a Friday in previous years, and I've been on a sell out night, not on a Friday. It's really not that bad.

Oh yes, I know. That was just the only reason I could think of that people might be avoiding it. We are doing a second party for the first time this year. It's on a Friday, but we will be primarily focused on rides, so hopefully it wont be too bad.

Don't worry. My only advice if it does sell out is that if you want you picture with the Dwarves line up EARLY. As in, right after your dinner at 4:15. It's the longest line of the night. And if you want a picture with the Villains after their performance on the stage you may have to try several times. Don't wait til the last show. I've been cut off in line for Maleficent two years in a row.

Yes you can, I booked ours last week.

Are any of the other Ladies around here excited to be wearing a princess dress in the MK!? I was going to be vanellope but decided to be Snow White instead. I never got to go to visit the World as a kid and I find it incredibly unfair that women can't dress up in costumes (I know it's so that kids don't confuse the real princess from us plebeians) especially when W.E.D himself said that Adults are only kids grown up anyway! So for this one special spooktacular night I am going to fulfill my dream of being Disney's first princess!!!!!

Yes so excited! Last year I went as Minnie Mouse and this year I'll be Anna! I have natural brown hair and can pull off her braided look! My DFi will be Olaf! We got him this fun Olaf hat! I love everyone's costumes too! Some guests are really creative too!

That sounds like so much fun!

I'm planning on going Friday, October 3. It'll be me, my sister, her boyfriend, and my three year old nephew. I don't think any of the adults will dress up this year - my sister will be about 4 weeks away from giving birth, and I think she'll be too hot for a costume! I personally would only want to dress up if we were doing a group thing. My nephew will probably want to wear his Halloween costume, but I'm not 100% sure on that.

P.S. Why is there no official MNSSHP thread this year?

Congrats to your sister! My little sister just had a baby a few weeks ago.

As for the official MNSSHP thread, I'm not sure why one wasn't started. There seems to be several unofficial threads, but if anyone has any questions, they are welcome to ask here. Many people in this thread have been several parties, and would be happy to help.

OMG, I loved Wreck-It Ralph! So happy Vanellope is going to be part of the festivities, she's my favorite unofficial Disney princess.

October 9th Party - 2 adult party members. Both Sister and I are undecided on costumes just yet, if we do them at all.

Kicking around the idea of dyeing a hoodie to go as Vanellope now, though my previous idea was to just sorta-kinda Disneybound as Belle.

I was going to wait, but went ahead and bought our 10/10 tickets, just in case. I'm thinking there are going to be quite a few disappointed people on Halloween around WDW.

We will not have park tickets this year. We are only going to MNSSHP. So, am I understanding that I can log onto my MDE acct and make FP+ 30 days out with just my MNSSHP tickets? Oh, please say YES!
