That is how I do it- I will run 10 Sunday or Monday and then I am tapering off until the race. After Monday nothing more than 6.5 until race dayMost training plans call for the longest training run 2 weeks out...


I fly out next Monday, so I'm hoping to feel well enough to do alot of walking around the parks. I hate feeling sick
