At the risk of sounding prudish...
I guess I'm glad I don't drink!
Now, chocolate is a whole other thing!
Me too, on all points.

On the other hand I wish I could find an easy fix to weight loss. I only drink water, milk and now a sports drink like Powerade zero or G2 on running days. I eat lean meat like boneless skinless chicken breast about 70 to 80% of the time for dinner. Only get lean cuts of meat if I get anything else, only have red meat a couple times a month, eat whole grains and all that good stuff and I can not seem to lose a single pound. In the last year I have only lost 10 pounds and most of that was about a year ago and was *baby weight*. Since then it doesn't seem to matter what I do, how much I work out, I can't lose any more, and no I am not skinny. In fact I am boarderline overweight according to BMI, so I should have more left to lose, it just wont budge.
