I agree, no one will get TOO mad at someone's opinions of this group! They really don't evoke much loyalty due to their "average-ness".

I like George the most and like Diana (the local connection has just made me ILL) and of course, Camille, the least. Jennifer really blew my mind! I thought she finally pulled through this time.

All of the others are so mediocre. I can't help but think just WHAT the people who didn't make it must think! This past weekend I heard two young brothers sing at a funeral who could've destroyed EVERYONE on that stage. I asked their mother WHY weren't they on AI and she told me she tried! UGH! And they could've sang circles around this group!

Can they try again? Just curious. And I'm with you Robin, George is the best - he has everything necessary to make it. His voice is getting better every week (he's finding his style, as Paula would say), he's lively (I like the bouncing, although many don't) and he just seems like a nice guy who really deserves this. Fantasia shares George's first two qualities - good voice, lively, but her personality is so grating, that it brings her down.

I watched too.. I have to tell you I think George is terrific and Jennifer's performance brought tears to my eyes.... I love that song and she did a great job with it.. Amazing how we all think differently.. I read some of the other posts and people thought she did a terrible job.. Oh well... I liked it.

I do like the little redhead, probably because I am partial to redheads since my youngest is one.. I thought he tried to act lively, but fell short of the mark..

No spoiler but the guys DO sound good when they sing together. Unlike last years group that sounded UGH together!

I just tuned in to see AI and find the show has already been on for 1/2 an hour?? What gives--I checked TV Guide and it says 8:30 p.m. I was just putzin' and watching Bill O'Reilly. . .did I miss anything in the first half? Doubtful, I know--I only caught Tamyra's last bar of her song. . .

I wish this show would get its act together!

Well, at least a tiny bit of justice was served with Camille being gone. I think the crowd is clapping so hard JUST because she's finally leaving not clapping in honor of her.

I think we will all found out someday that John Stevens is related to the producer or something!!

Yay, John Stevens is safe! Now I can be in a happy mood for the next week.

This is the first time they did this separate into group things. I was glad they did because I wanted to know who got the most amount of votes. I predicted that group B had the most votes (because all the girls love both John's, and I know Fantasia gets a lot of votes). I figured group C was in the middle because Jennifer Hudson and Latoya have both been in the bottom 3 before. And it was pretty obvious that Group A was the bottom.

They didn't tell us which group got the highest though. Since they sent back Group C first, does that mean that they got the most votes?

My predictions were almost right. I said that Jasmine, Diana and either Latoya/Jennifer/Fantasia would be the bottom 3. But I also said that one of Camile/JPL/John could have replaced one of them. I was excited to see Diana in the bottom 3, unfortunately she was safe.

Oh well, I'm not upset that Camile left. I like Jasmine so I'm glad she stayed.

I think he did say that C had the most votes. That was not surprising. I wish I knew if Simon was referring to Jasmine or Diana when he made his statement about one of them knowing they don't belong there. I'd like to think it's Jasmine.


I'm so glad Camille is gone. She looks like the unhappiest person in the world all the time.

Okay, I missed it again, who was in the bottom three with Camille? What were the groups?

I think John Stevens should have been at least in the bottom 3. He was by far the worst last night, although Camille certainly wasn't that good either. I think he should have been in the bottom 3 instead of Diana. Actually my bottom 3 based on PERFORMANCE (not personality) for last night was Camille, JPL and John Stevens. Oh well, at least the best ones last night were actually in the top 3.

I can't believe that Jasmine was in the bottom group while the two Johns were safe! Ridiculous!!!

As for Camile, I know she sang badly but I couldn't help but feel sorry for her. She seemed genuinely sad and she also seemed well-liked based on the others' reactions. I never got the impression that she wasn't a nice girl so I can't cheer her being booted off. She just didn't belong there to begin.

Now about John Stevens....
