And the winner of Toronto/Philly plays Ottawa which WILL be a phyiscal series. Don't look now but the Devils will be in good shape come the conference finals against either of those three teams who will not be in good shape. However, the Lightning are young, confident and have mommentum and, I believe, will have home ice advantage. Devils fans better hope for a win in 6.

Dallas - Anaheim or, should we say, Turco - Giguere? Both of these goalies are hot right now and are the future of the NHL as older goalies like Roy and Belfour step down in the next couple of years. Should be a low scoring series which favors the Ducks. It will be fun to watch.

Now, can Colorado get rid of the pesky Minnesota Wild tonight?

Can Philadelphia batter Toronto into submission tonight or will Sundin come through and force a game 7?

Will the home ice be advantagous to Vancouver in a Game 7? I mean all the experts say, in a game 7, home ice is key. Should be exciting!

I was hoping the Flyers-Leafs would go 7. It's just been such a great series, it deserves one. Of course, Ottawa has got to be loving it!

And, Wild fans were going, well, "wild" last night when Park scored in OT. Avs fans better hope they score first tonight or it could be lights out.

The Canucks-Blues game might just be the best played game of the night since they will have had a travel day off while the other two series don't get the luxary. If the Blues can't shut down the "Big Line" of Naslund-Bertouzzi-Morrison, they'll be shut down for the season.

So, it'll be a late night with two of the games not starting until 10pm or later in my time zone. Of course, the way the Flyers and Leafs have been playing, their game might be the last to finish!!

Perdictions? Well, since you ask....

Flyers win in yet another OT game: 3-2

Colorado wakes up and takes the series with a 4-2 win.

Vancouver advances with a 6-3 win scoring 4 in the first.

Will it happen? Who knows but it'll be fun finding out!!

I am a little bit tired this morning after staying up to 1:30am e.s.t. to watch the Canucks game and NHL2Night. But, I am sooooooo thrilled that my beloved Canucks came back to win the series after being down 3 games to 1. I was so happy I was crying! They showed just how resiliant they can be, and the youth of this team definitely helps in these long series (of course, most of the Blues getting the flu in the past week didn't hurt anything).

And, boy did my boy Trevor Linden come through. Anyone wonder why this guy is my favorite player, all's they have to do is watch last night's game, or game seven of the 1994 Stanley Cup finals against the Rangers. Trevor Linden is always solid at both ends of the ice, but his game just gets so much better during the playoffs. Few players in the league play as well as Trevor does in clutch situations. He gets the job done. A beautiful short handed goal, and an even more beautiful short handed assist last night. LONG LIVE TREVOR LINDEN!!!!!!
