So glad that someone posted the change. I haven't received anything from TA. I thought I had everything all lined up. We really wanted to do Palo on the 2nd night, now its been moved to the next night and that is Pirate night! No more ressies available of course. Do you think I will be able to change it onboard?

Do you think we could go with kids to dinner at 5:45 and not eat, then go to Palo at 7:00, then hit the Pirate party with kids after? My mom can take the kids to the show. Sorry for rambling, just thinking on keyboard...

Lisa, someone mentioned that they called Disney and they made the change over the phone for them. You can try that to see if you can get Palo changed...never hurts to try!

Thanks for mentioning calling. I called today and they could not actually change it but we are listed on a priority wait list and they said to go to "Wave? Lounge" when we board and they will try their best to help out.

Anyway, if it wasn't for the boards, I wouldn't even know about Palo or the Pirate Party. How do people plan their trip without this board.

Lots of good info here, thanks for sharing! I had no idea the itinerary was changed, bummer! But thats OK!!
This will be our first cruise as a family. I went a long time ago (20ish years) when it was "the big red boat".
We are all so excited.

Our DD and her BF are presently in the air on way home from their cruise.They had the same agenda as our cruise.She texted and said it was unbelievable! She is going to get us all worked up and excited. She quickly said the weather was great so I guess Ike didn't affect them

Hello! Came out of lurking to say myself, DH and DD9 will be joining this trip as the latter half of our land and sea package. Sooooooo very close!!! We're in a Cat7 with Early Dining.

Lisa, someone mentioned that they called Disney and they made the change over the phone for them. You can try that to see if you can get Palo changed...never hurts to try!

I would suggest going to Guest Services or whatever location the CMs indicate at the port to speak with someone directly. Although the ressies appear closed for Palo's, they always leave about half available for booking onboard. I'm sure it will all work out!

I wish we could start packing, but I leave for a week in Phoenix on Sunday and I haven't even packed for that trip yet.

Let's all hope it's a good mail day for everyone! I missed your post that you got your documents...I'm jealous!!
I can't beleive that this is coming upso quick! My weekends are SO BUSY with wedding stuff, I have no idea on when I'm going to pack for our honeymoon...we have an OSU football party tomorrow, my final dress fitting on Sunday, the next weekend is my bachlorette party and then only two weeks to go! I really need to get suitcases out. Remind me to do that by Monday!

wow I hope we get our docs soon!! I can't believe we have less than a month to go. And dw and I haven't even started our list of what we need to bring eek!! Plus got to get the house in order for the long week we will be gone!! Never mind...mine just came UPS!!!

Can someone tell me what the luggage tags are for? We didn't purchase the DCL transportation, are the tags just for that or for everyone when you arrive at the port?

the tags are for the port. gets the luggage to the right room. we received ours today because they were delivered two doors down. Poor neighbor thought they had won a sweepstakes until they noticed the names were not theirs. We all got a good laugh out of it.
