Life is good.

OK, my DW and I finished our clothing shopping yesterday and now all that we have left to get is the shampoo, toothpaste and stuff like that.
I see that some of you have already have gotten their cruise docs. That's great. We're still waiting for ours. I hope it has good news with it. Ya see we are going to WDW for three days after our cruise and we tried to make reservations at the Boardwalk, (we're DVC members), but there weren't any rooms available there or at the Beach Club, so we took a room at Saratoga Springs. We were put on the wait list for Boardwalk and Beach Club Villas. We were told that we would find out if we got our first choice when we get our cruise docs. We've never stayed at Saratoga Springs, I'm sure its very nice, but we're so used to the Boardwalk area and its relative location to Epcot and the Disney Studios. It's also nice and quiet.
Well, wish us luck (and a little Pixy dust probably couldnt hurt...)

Hello my cruisin buddies,
I was wondering is anybody doing the Fish Extender give away on this cruise?
The kids keep asking if they are going to get to go deliver gifts to the other staterooms, so I told them I would ask?![]()

Don't worry! Technically, you don't need ANY paperwork from a TA to get on the cruise. I'd go online, print out your boarding information and make sure it states paid in full. Then maybe call DCL just letting them know your TA is in Houston and that you wanted them to let you know that you don't have any paperwork because of Ike.So my bf and I haven't received out documents yet. We got the land/sea package through this company that is located in Houston and apparently there building was affected by the hurricane, which is awful. Especially because now most of Houston doesn't have electricity. I'm also concerned that the paperwork was suppose to go to them first, and then to us. But now with the problems I don't know what will happen to it. Has everyone received there's? Do I contact DCL? Perhaps I should wait it out.
Just so I'm clear - for shore excursions and timing now - if we have first dining, dinner is at 5:45pm and the show is at 8:30pm; second dining is at 8:15pm and the show at 5:45pm...correct?
