Thank you, Tim! We love you, too!! (Ronnie told me to say that).

And this time I won't reduce the font size ... I'll just say...

GO PISTONS!!

Can they beat SA back in Texas? Hope so!! :)

Detroit in six... ;)

'Beano'

Ronnie & Beano Congrats!!!
16 years of marriage should be celebrated. What are you doing tonight?

Wednesday Trent I had our 20th, but instead of celebrating, Trent was providing Hospice care to her G-Pa 500 miles away. 90 yr G-Pa Yeager passed away this afternoon.

I'll be taking the girls west Sun. to celebrate a well-lived life filled with hardwork, success and love . I pray we all may live such a life and truly appreciate what we all have today. :grouphug:

BTW: Hannah will be 11 in Sept and Lindsey is 6.

Charlie - Thanks for the congrats! And may I add, well spoken words about the G-Pa. :)

Both of my grandfathers lived well past 90, so I have genetic longevity on my side... then again, my lifestyle may be a bit more, um... fast-paced? :rotfl2:

'Beano'

Happy Anniversary Beano. Steve & I will also celebrate our 16th anniversary this year. It will be just after we get off the ship (so we are celebrating on board.) In fact, my birthday and our anniversary are both in November (5 days apart.) I'm going the double celebration on the ship (more wine anyone ;) )
Sue Ellen

Speaking of wine...

Everyone is encouraged (but certainly not required!) to bring a bottle of wine or other fav. drink to the DIS party. As I've said, it will be a very informal, casual gathering, and we'll have tons of food too. So if you have a preference for a particular champagne, chardonnay, merlot, beer, vodka, soft drink, bottled water, or whatever - we gots plenty of room for it! :teeth:

'Beano'

Beano,
We'll just give Thierry our beverage list when we get on board and tell him where and when to deliver it :cool1:

oh, and HAPPY ANNIVERSARY!!!!!!!!! YOU GUYS ROCK!or you're cool, or you're rad, or you're sick, or ... geez, you know you are gettin' old when you can't keep up with the lingo AND you work with kids and still don't get it right! Anyway - You guys are all that! (was I close?)

Thanks for the anniversary wishes :goodvibes

Cheri: kids are funny that way...sometimes they think you're so cool :cool1:
 and other times, um, NO :rotfl2:

Theirrey, can you please deliver all this to Beano's suite :rotfl:

:Pinkbounc YEAH BABY :Pinkbounc

RonnieJo :flower: :mickeybar

Happy Father's Day to all the Dads on our thread:

Beano, Carl, Neil, Ed, Steve, Chris, Bobbi, Robert, Tony, Rich and Charlie ...and any other Dads that I may have forgotten to list!

Hello everyone! Hope you had a good weekend! I sure did! We need four day weekends though! Too much fun to have and not enough time! Anyway, just wanted to check in! Still dreaming about pina coladas on the beach and ship! :lovestruc

Gina :earsgirl:

:wave2: Hey all

RJ & Beano: HAPPY ANNIVERSARY!! DH says thanks for the Happy Fathers Day wish and sends it right back your way Beano and everyone else!!

Just rushed home from Fresno for DH softball game only to find it cancelled. I hate when that happens.

BIL & SIL are sailing on the wonder 7/10 - so SIL was picking my brain about the cruise. Don't worry, I did not share all of the secrets!! But its so sad...she did not know about the DIS and we looked...only 2 people checked in for their cruise. OK- two people posted for 7/10 sailors and NOBODY replied!! :sad2:

Our cruise team ROCKS!! :cool1:

SIL asked if she could perhaps upgrade her stateroom at the port. Her brother is paying for 7 family members to cruise together - she wants a bigger room. I said yes, its possible if there is room on the ship, just ask and you can pay for the upgrade right there. She replies, "You have to pay to upgrade?" :rotfl2: But boy would that be cool - hey the Walt suite is open for this cruise - go ahead and take it.

Have a great Sunday Evening!!

Oh hey - forgot to tell you all...

SIL showed me an official DCL letter - they are staggering dinner times due to customer feedback. Instead of strict 6 or 8 pm You will be assigned
6:00, 6:15 or 6:30 then 8:00, 8:15 or 8:30 they indicate this will cut down on wait times and traffic control issues, but will not effect the show times.

Did any of you previous cruisers have issues with waits, traffic, etc.

Just wondering.

Was just catching up on this thread and thought it was weird that everyone seems to be celebrating thier 16th wedding anniversary this year. On Sept 8, it will be 16 for my DW and I also. We'll have to have a special toast (or maybe a whole drink :drinking1 ) for all of us onboard.

Pacha

Pacha: guess we'll just have to raise our glasses a few more times in everyones honor...anniversaries, birthday etc!

Going out shopping today...gotta try to find DD a formal dress for the cruise. I'm hoping to find a prom dress on clearance ( that she likes and is in her size...good luck with that right?!) :rotfl2:

:sunny: HAPPY MONDAY :sunny:

Hugs,

RonnieJo :flower: :mickeybar

1 day until Timmy's birthday, 9 days until Kimmy's birthday and 10 days til Disneyland!

We are taking our first cruise on the October 29th Eastern Caribbean cruise and had questions about what, if anything, the DCL does for Halloween??

Wondering what the odds are - DW & I are celebrating our 16th anniversary on September 9th. We usually try to be somewhere Disney for it but decided to delay the celebration this year to go trick-or-treating with Mickey.

Anybody know a numerologist that we can call? :teeth:

Dear Luckey,

We are booked for the 29th cruise and this will be our first cruise ever. We are looking forward to it and are very excited.. Will be traveling without our kids

I am concerned about that post about staggered dinner times. That is really stupid to do. When I had early seating in the past, we would barely have enough to time to eat at a normal person's pace and make it to the shows. If they make some people start a half hour later, they will have rush through early dinner. It doesn't matter much for late seating unless there is an entertainment event that someone wants to go to. I think that I would want to have the earliest availabe eating time. Unless they are going to start the entertainment stuff 30 minutes later. Maybe that would help everything. Just start the late night entertainment 20 or 30 minutes later. I like to hang out at dinner and have a good time. No need to rush outta there.

Hey Bob! Ready for a bowl of cherries?

Hey Johnnie! How many Mickey bars are you going to eat dinner this year?

Thanks for the cards! Love, Uncle Bubba

So 1989 was a good year for quite a few of us huh? :rotfl:

How many of us does that make celebrating 16 years of marriage?

Sue Ellen

hi sue ellen saw your post. i forgot to mention that we will be celebrating our 4th anniversary but its a little late. our actual date is oct 13 . so we hope to meet you on the cruise
::MickeyMo

Pacha and Sue Ellen:

I read the thread about curly hair and humidity - YIKES!! I am right there with you. I love the Rosanna Danna image - that is me at the beach. :earseek:

DD has curly hair too, so this should be interesting. Gonna pack a baseball cap just in case it gets really bad....does that fit the dining room dress code!?

Maybe we should have a "Really Big Hair" Contest!! :scared1:

You'll be able to pick us out at the port! Just look for lots of poofy hair! Frizz Ease don't let me down now!! :rotfl2:
