ok..you were just saying hi...Timmy and Bob were pointing and laughing!

:rotfl2:

Ok sounds like a good time was had by all.

And GSD: the truth comes out. Betsy started the whole taunting thing and then dragged you right down with her!

popcorn::

Hi Cheri! I am fine btw. Thanks. Sick of DH dragging me to car dealerships!!.:headache: Buy the Volvo says I and be done with it.:cutie: I get to drive it anyways.:thumbsup2 What's the big deal. :confused3 Commuter car comschmuter car. Take the train. :rolleyes1

Spend the weekend with the classroom mascot as well. Sweet little stuffed bumble bee. Yep, got to carry that little sucker to every car dealership we went to. I think the Nissan guy was most annoyed by it. The Toyota guy, who I think was from Poland, did not get it at all. :confused3

Ok - here's a poll for your Monday night/Tuesday morning enjoyment:

If you wanted to take a family trip this April/May and your choices were Disneyland or Hawaii. Where would you go? Assuming the cost was the same.

Ready...discuss.
ARIZONA! :lmao:

HI or DL .... hmmm ... same # of days? like 7 days? just the 3 of you? I'm thinkin' Hawaii 'cuz you just did WDW and ...

ARE YOU NUTS, WOMAN? APRIL AND MAY ARE THE START OF TOURIST SEAON AT DISNEYLAND!!! DON'T YOU REMEMBER??? Of course, check into the price for 3 tickets to Hawaii during Spring Break. You may just have your answer right there.

I've always wanted to go to a dude ranch in Colorado (Dude!)

Yeah, see the dude ranch thing holds no interest for me. If'n you want to dude ranch it come up to McDougald ranch. You can sleep in the bunkhouse, ride horses and brand cattle. Big fun.:thumbsup2

Arizona...has merit. But I checked the Grand Canyon hotels and they are booked up for all of April already.

I was thinking 9 days in Hawaii. Slightly more than 6 at DLR. Just slightly though. Oh and there is that whole gotta pick out a new car thing.

Why can't men just make a decision? I am tired of waiting seeing as how DH took my truck today to a meeting in San Josey and I had to rely on my bestest friend to pack me to work and pick me up. Missed the house cleaners. And now...DH will not answer cell phone so I can yell at him.

So...tomorrow I am off to the Volvo dealer to pick out my new car. :3dglasses just kidding honey, really would not do it without you. Need your guidance I do

:lmao: Good thing he never reads this board!!

Ok yeah so now I am just talking to myself. Dinner is cooking Ryan is roller blading in the kitchen and I am talking to myself.

Nobody here. Just talking to myself.

Ignoring the laundry.

Talking to myself....

blah blah blah.

OK I am done now.

Oh anyone (like Cheri who goes to Hawaii often) know of a good travel agent for Hawaii?
we have called the resort ourselves (OK, Chris did it. But I heavily ... encouraged (yeah, that could be the right word) him). I like my TA but she's down here in Encinitas.

Ryan is roller blading in the kitchen? DL works better with broken arms than Hawaii :rotfl2:

... and I do not go to Hawaii often. At least not often enough.

Where do you stay when you go to Hawaii? - which is clearly not enough. Let's grab RJ and go to Hawaii!! I can drive down and snatch her - you meet me at the airport!:thumbsup2 We should go once a year. No kids.:thumbsup2 OK good let's plan that. In a couple of years.

Rollerblading in kitchen - you mean you don't do that at your house!? Broken arm would be bad.

Can't decide where to go. Must spend hours on internet exploring my options. I wish the Disney Adventures were not so 'spensive.

Must be warm and sunny where ever it is I am going. And some sand. And a hammock. That would be nice.

Maybe La Costa! Nah doesn't really warm up in San Diego in April. Palm Springs? Arizona? HAWAII!

Palm Springs is good since you likey the golf thing. Cassie used to sit in the basket in the golf cart and munch snacks then get out and chase the critters along the side of the course. SD can get warm. La Costa is very nice. I happen to know some peeps who live near there. Down the street actually. Might could meet you there for some socializing (and taunting Betsy with pix of said meeting)

some resorts in Arizona are very kid-let friendly I hear. Water slides and all that jazz. Not as 'spensive at HI.

speaking of Hawaii ... girls week  I like it!!! Let's see WDW this year. B2B's in '08. How does '09 work for you?

Geez-o-petes!

I'm gone for a couple of hours and suddenly I am being kidnapped to go to Hawaii not that thats a bad thing:lmao:

Happy Valentine's Day

Right back at ya!

Happy Valentine's Day Everyone!!

Cheri - Go to La Costa's website I will. Calling Hawaii travel agent today. I am thinking Hawaii for 7 days and a weekend at La Costa with my mom. Sounds perfect.:thumbsup2

OK - gots to email the GSD

Going car shopping today :woohoo: No more train station at 6:45 for me!

good luck w/ the car shopping. Bring the mascot to negotiate :rotfl2:

When you talk to GSD, mention that he and Ophie are missed around here. What are they doing anyway? It's not like they have anything special coming up to plan for :rolleyes1

Cassie is going to her very first Valentine's Day dinner tonight. Just some special time between Daddy and Daughter. (Timmy and I are staying home and having hot dogs :lmao: )

:surfweb: Good Mornin'

Johnna: what kinda car didya get? do tell...

Cheri: How did the father-daughter dinner go? ...and how were your bbq'd weiners? :lmao: It's all fun and games until someone loses a weiner ya know! ;) :rotfl2:

Johnna,
If you do go to La Costa, let us know.....we be members there and can get you discounts on spa, golf, etc.

Chris:

Thanks! I will certainly let you all know if I can book a room for me and my mom.

I have not confirmed dates with her so I will have to do that soon. Thinking somewhere around mid May.

Cheri...would you be available for some spa time!?:confused3

TRM - What? You don't return phone calls? I leave message for you. You no call back?:confused3 :hippie: No problem mon. Did you have any luck with the Volvo dealer?
