Planning a Disney trip used to be fun. It isn't anymore and this would have been our 35th trip. I guess I had more faith in Disney but they sure blew this one. They had better invest in some new technology and rethink the number of people invested in their services.

I'm getting ready for work, planning on eating off grounds if necessary and wishing you all the best of luck. it will probably all work out just fine. Thanks for the updates.

i must have trid 50 times over 25 minutes+, and finally got through. on hold and they said it will be more than 30 minutes.

tried again. got through, hold time 2 minutes...

was able to get all the ADR's we wanted with no problems

this was "very magical" for a change
