I've only cruised once, on the Magic, December 2009.

For those of you who might know, what does the meal rotation look like these days on the Fantasy? What are the pros and cons of each restaurant? I remember having Golden Mickey's (formal night), Captain's Gala, and Pirate's night...plus our "regular" meal in AP when Sorcerer Mickey came out, plus "regular" meals in the other restaurants - but what does that look like on the Fantasy?

Just looking forward to the cruise and wondering what to expect...

The rotations for the 7 night Western Caribbean cruise are AERAERA, ERAERAE and RAERAER, with A being animators palette, E is enchanted garden and R is Royal palace. The one you have been assigned will be on your key to the world card which you will receive at check in. Hope this helps a little

I'm wondering if anyone here has ever shipped a box to themselves at the port? If so, what was your experience? I'm thinking about shipping pirate and /or Halloween gear (I am aware of weight restriction).
Along with a fear of losing luggage prior to a cruise, I'm afraid of said package not getting delivered to our stateroom.

Yes, it has been discussed on here somewhere, and it does have all of the specifics. I just tend to obsess over things until I finally make a decision. Hence, my love of the DIS boards!

Current cruise related obsession (besides to box, of not to box): What to do with a full day in FL before we leave. I'm leaning towards a nice relaxing day at a port hotel and getting any misc. running around done vs trying to hit MK and the Halloween Party. Dh and I have always wanted to go, but dd digs her heals in and refuses (seeing the villains out walking around really freaks her out!). Plus, we will be at D-land at Thanksgiving time anyway so why incur the expense?
