I was catching up on what I missed this afternoon

SO we got the lawns mowed and seeded in no time flat and without any fights.

My DH is a human heater also. I figure if I get cold I will just cuddle up to him. Heck it gives me a reason to cuddle and tick off the older kids.

The kids hate it when we even hold hands so I figure if we cuddle up they will really die of embarrassment.

this is my first time on in a couple of days - so busy with home things, hockey and work - and oh yeah that thing called PACKING!!!

In honor of you Carrie we have been scrubbing the house all day.

Thank you. I did not get much house work done today. Just a few loads of , some cooking, and then the lawns.

Oh and I finally got to watch Cass' video. My laptop wouldn't run it for some reason, but now that the new computer is up and running I got to watch it. Tonight my DH asked if I wanted the Disney Cruise Line travel channel show on a dvd. I told him no I'm just going to watch it everyday until we leave.

Here's what I found (latest day would be 10/23, so I'll use that if the actual day isn't available):

Key West: Hi=87, Lo=81, Rain=30%
Grand Cayman: Hi=84, Lo=79, Rain=60%
Cozumel: Hi=85, Lo=75, Rain=60%
Castaway: Hi=86, Lo=76, Rain=40%

great temperatures but 60% is a pretty high probability of rain!

hopefully its at night when we are back on teh ship

When we got done with the lawn Scott said that he would like to take me and Mac out to dinner as a thank you for all the organizing of the trip, the packing and everything else I have done. So we loaded up and went to Lowes to return the lawn stuff we did not use, then to Walmart to get my new earings, then we went the the Cheesecake Factory. It just opened by us about 2 weeks ago. I am so stuffed. I love that place.

DD was folding the laundry and doing little things that popped up. DS threw all of his laundry in the laundry room and left , we will be having a talk. Told DH that he wasn't to touch DS laundry.

Well my house tends to get neglected. DH and I don't get to see much of each other during the week that on the weekend house work is the last thing we want to do. Well it tends to add up, so I was in our room getting everything put away, and packing at the same time. DH was doing laundry and cleaning the kitchen. DD was folding the laundry and doing little things that popped up. DS threw all of his laundry in the laundry room and left , we will be having a talk. Told DH that he wasn't to touch DS laundry.

Hmm sounds like DS was not to helpful in the family cleaning day. Don't feel to bad. I clean and the same day you could never tell I cleaned. Mac does a great job of destroying it right behind me. There are days were I just give up and say I refuse to clean. Then there are days that I just can not stop cleaning.

I don't think my kids get embarrassed. I do notice though that if DH holds my hand in public, DD wants to hold his hand too. I get a hug, she wants one, she is so a daddy's girl.
