Actually, I booked the cabin that I want this time, so unless they upgrade us to a cat 4 (more room for the playpen!) then we better not get an upgrade!

robins dad was in the philippines(sp) during the war.

21st and 31st Infantry Divisions?.....Mike did you know that 40% of all Pow's over there died compared to only 2% of them held by the Germans and italians...

sorry guys, but in all the excitement about the upgrade, i called dcl and had them switch all you late diners to early so we could all be together.
tell the truth, you guys really wanted to dine with the cool crowd anyway didnt you?

I had early dining then went and changed it to late so that people with little children would not have to eat so late. I didn't know it was harder to get early.

im not sure. robin did a scrap book for them years ago and included some of his war history. she did an amazing job on it.(but then she is good at everything she does )
he never talked about the war when they were growing up but 10 years or so ago he opened up to me and was telling stories.
he has some pics from japan, as they were some of the first guys to go in there after the bomb.

I'm going to pack a whole suitcase tonight. I figure just the tag stuff and door signs and swimsuits etc will fill one up. I'm going to make a list of what I packed though so I don't reopen it again to check. I also have the kids pins that they collect etc that I might throw in there. And I bought some medication stuff in case. Never know what or when you might need something.

Nope, they supply playpens and that's it. We will be running to our room at 1pm when they are ready and will track down our stateroom host to see if
he/she can store the coffee table for us! I think only 2 tables per host can be stored. If not, then when Lindy Loo has her door open, we will sneakily put our table in her room LOL!! (Her room is directly opposite ours!

And if THAT doesn't work out, one of you is getting a table as your DIS Tag gift

I will try to get a pic with her four bottom teeth showing, that top one is hard to get a pic of since it's on the side
