Please review for me. This is the one going to AAA travel feedback department. I hope it fits in their form.

To Whom It May Concern;
I am writing as feedback on the services I have received from AAA travel for the past 3 years. I have been an actual AAA member for about 12 years now. I have booked many cruises and trips through AAA and have never had an issue. Until this booking. Back in October of 2004 I booked a dummy date for a Disney Cruise. At that point we knew that we wanted to take it during the week of October 21, 2007 just needed to know the departing date and wait for it to open for reservations.
In the three years we have had 5 agents working on our booking plus who I was told was the head person over California and Arizona AAA Cruise Department. I believe her name was Debbie. These changes were not made buy us it was because 4 agents left the company and the 5th is the one we are working with now which I am not extremely happy with either.
To sum up a long story. I will not be renewing my membership with AAA this coming April. My husband canceled his this past April and we left mine active just for this cruise. We have had our reservations lost 3 times, or file has ended up missing twice, not one of the agents returns phones calls or emails in a timely manner. We have had to rebook our cruise 3 different times. Each time we rebook the mess something else up. When working with Debbie she told me that I would be compensated for our problems and that she would be issuing us $150 ship board credit. Come to find out the only credit we have is the $150 we got when we booked the cruise. I have had to do most of the work for this cruise myself plus get every agent on board with what we want.
I would appreciate you contacting me back ASAP to get the entire story.
Thank you
Carrie Allen
