First trip in 9 years - looking for food recs

Hi all! I'll be doing my first solo trip at the end of October/beginning of November. (Also my first trip since my mom passed away) I booked the dining plan and ended up looking at the menus of several places. I noticed there were a lot of new restaurants or changes to the menus. I was wanting to see what restaurants people still recommend now. I noticed the menu change at be our guest. I had always loved their truffle fries with the truffle aoli. Do they still have the same fries?

Most recent trip was a quick stay in 2024, and our favorite was still Sanaa at AKL.

What restaurants are you considering?

I know I'm going to do 50s Prime Time, Sci Fi and hoop dee doo (i may pay OOP for that to get better seats) I'm considering le cellier, be our guest, and I think its called skipper or something in MK. I've never had Sanaa, but my mum and i went to Boma once. (We loved the zebra domes) i think for one of my meals in just going to use a bunch of snack credits at the food and wine festival.

We did that one a couple of trips ago, and loved it. - The kungaloosh dessert was awesome! (And make sure you take a sec to read the spines on the books as you go through the "library" - they did not skimp on details when decorating.)

The only other one on your list I've been to is Sci Fi, but that was many years ago, so I don't know how the food is currently. The concept is definitely fun, though!
