Whats brisket?

I think a lot of people are booked for the Pirate Encounter excursion in Grand Cayman Islands. We are booked for the morning one that goes from 815 to 1045am.

Question - what are people doing afterwards?

I was thinking of going to a beach afterwards as we dont need to be back on board until 430pm - which one is the best? Is it the Seven Mile one taht I have read a lot about

I am going to 7 mile beach afterwards - via Hell, I think Jeff is too. Someone recomended the sea grapes part of the beach on a trippie. I may head for that - the photos looked nice. Apparantly its not far in a cab.

To save packing space so she does not need to bring a hairdryer, curling iron, and brushes. Carrie has choosen to shave all our heads

Mackenzie just pulled her chain for tonight. The question was "What food do you want first" Her response was "sushi"

Wow! - she likes sushi? - I never even tried it myself. I dont "do" fish

This has not been a good night. My son just called and said our daughter-n-law is spotting and is hoping she is not losing the baby. She lost twins before Addison was born. She goes to the DR. tomorrow at 5.

Say a prayer for us.

Just got another call. My Dad got combative at the nursing home and they just took him to the alzheimer's phsyc ward at the hospital.

He was trying to pull mom out of bed because they wouldn't let him sleep with her. He said "Come on, we're going home"

He then swung at a nurse and threw a blanket over the other nurse.

I was planning on going to bed early, but I might as well stay on the boards...
I sure won't be able to sleep.

Karen: I hope you were paying attention when Steve did a run down of microwaves awhile ago. I just knew there would be a test.

Carrie: Sweet pictures of the girls. I took Kristin once for a manicure and a pedicure when she was 5. She giggled through the whole thing. I think MacKenzie would love it.

Susan: Good job on snagging the next milestone. That had to be tough with all the KK's it seems were on with you at the same time.

Heather: When you did your Doc Dance was it to the music from Illuminations? (I had Disney music playing all day at work yesterday).

Whats brisket?

Now Karen - I didn't expect this comment from a fellow UK'er. Brisket is a cut a beef that is usually only good for stews and casseroles. Slow cooking helps to tenderise it. It's usually one of the cheaper cuts of beef, but full of flavour.
