I've been pretty busy with my mom and an accident she had last week. I think she'll be ok, but a few health issues have been coming up for her.

Now...here's some good news. A little bragging rights:

DD Kristin (Desname: "Team Fun Pants", not yet signed on) has just landed an internship in Interior Design at a major company in Milwaukee. They interviewed 4 other students and chose her after one interview!! She starts in 2 weeks and best of all, it's a paid position. She thought she would only get a few college credits instead. So now she gets the credits and a paycheck. She's really excited but nervous at the same time.

And...DS Tony (Desname: ST Cruisers..also not yet signed on) finally booked the reception hall this week. I guess it's all really happening now. They changed the date to April 12th next year rather than May because everything is cheaper in April. More money for the cruise that way too.

So, since Jeff is afraid that my butt may be catching up to me, I'd better hop on my bike again.

Yes...of the ethnic minority culture (or is it majority now?) (Sorry, uncalled for, but I GET SICK OF PEOPLE PULLING THE RACE CARD FOR TOTALLY SEPERATE ISSUES SUCH AS PARKING). Her reason I presume was because I didnt confront another mother who parked on the double yellows 20 foot away - No, I didnt, because by now Ellis was nearly late for school cos we couldnt cross the flaming road It was at this point that she floored the accelerator and yelled "you racist b*tch" as she screeched down the road, just missing another car.

I have spoken to both the city council and the police station today - its been reported to them both several times before. I also reported the so-called traffic control officer that they sent last time. He stood by chatting to the lollipop lady and didnt say a thing to any parent even when they pulled up in front of him on the zigzags. When I asked him if he was going to say anything to them about parking illegally "what?,....and get a mouthful of abuse - i dont think so" was his answer. So he actually gets paid taxpayers money to talk to lollipop ladies then? - I think I'll have his job

It wont be long before a child gets injured. We have had several near misses lately

Went to the gym today...did a really hard class. After almost killing us aerobically, he got us on a mat on the floor - yippeee I thought - legs about to give way anyway. Big mistake. He got us lying on one side, holding our leg up and then twisting it and pushing it in and out and round etc etc, all while still in the air. Well, I got cramp! - couldnt bring my leg down but couldnt leave it up either. I must have looked a right sight writhing round the floor in agony - actually - I probably looked like this only the smilie is laughing where as I was yelling in pain I'm gonna ache tomorrow

Oooooooooohhhh , forgot to say - in this mornings post was the confirmation off Disney that I have paid the cruise - balance $ - zero - it makes it seem more real now just gotta pay Virgin for the rest of it

Have you seen how dear then MED cruises are?...Take the one on the 6th of june,for me and my better half plus Ryan and Rosie in a CAT 4 it's $1500 A DAY,am only paying $1320 a day WITH JESSICA THROWN IN in a CAT3....WOW it ain't hard to see why they've struggled to fill the ships is it?....

By the way, you need to tell your wife and DD all about the martini tastings that DCL holds in Sessions on at sea days....and let them know about the martini flight at Diversions...and be sure to pick up that premium wine package with dinner on your first night.

While I don't feel better exactly, I took a darvocet with my lunch...they don't really work on headaches but they do help me forget about the headache for a while.
