Now my feelings are hurt... I did want to teach when I was younger and I even majored in education in college until I did some of the fieldwork and realized how much bull-crap there is in the US education system. My hair is short - in the morning its sticking up on end - Ellis always says "The hair monster has been again Mom". I "glue" it down with water every morning if I dont get a shower before the school run.

Chris - our music taste is country. First thing we do when collect the hire car in Orlando is tune the radio to k92fm- we even listen to it live via the station on the internet - its actually playing now as I type. Each holiday we have a list of cds to buy from listening to the station all year. We used to love the country bar at DTD but it closed years ago

Funny you should ask. I haven't posted over there for about 3 weeks and I went on last night and stole the 40,000th post.
So now I not only have several "mini" pirates, which they aren't doing any more, and the one at 19K, which some - I think "Captain" - said don't really count either, even though they still track them, but now a full X0,000 one as well. I think I can stop now until they go for 100,000.
I quit trying to keep up over there. You miss a day and forget about it. Just jump in to the current topic at hand and go from there. Most of the time, however, the current topics are of no interest to me. I see I am still #22 on their post list though and again, I haven't posted for 3 weeks.
Sad thing is I'm still #2 over here and not far behind Brenda.
