Hi there! DBF and I are going to WDW from 10/9-10/17. We are doing a split stay at Poly and AKV using DVC Points. I'm nervous about it being Columbus Day week, but had no choice due to family engagements. There's a lot of variable, like MNSSHP, EP F&W, Pandora, etc. etc. that have made this trip a little more difficult to plan than my past ones, so looking to all of you for feedback on my plan. My ADR window is Wednesday, so I want to solidify things before making ressies. For my plan, I consulted Touring Plans and Kenny the Pirate. I'm sad EasyWDW is no longer doing Crowd Calendars.

So, I would appreciate any feedback you might have to offer on my plan.

Well, that was long winded!! Thank you for any thoughts!!

Hi! I'll be overlapping your trip by a few days! You will love both the Poly and AKV!

1st day - Make a reservation if possible for BOG QS lunch, and allow plenty of time to get from the airport to the Poly, then to MK.

Before you check out of the Poly, I highly recommend Trader Sam's for a drink! Also, I recommend a Lapu Lapu drink at the Tambu Lounge. :-)

Before or after your dinner at Tiffin's, check out the Nomad Lounge next door - it's beautiful, with indoor and outdoor seating, and a great cocktail menu. You can also order any of those drinks at Tiffin's.

If you're up late at AKV and are hungry, I recommend the Sanaa lounge. It usually isn't too crowded, and you can order the bread service there - so good!

Have a great time!

I've stayed at AKV before and love it, but never Poly, so super excited!!

My first ressie on Wednesday will be BOG since it's the hardest to get. I was thinking 2pm and we land at 11am.

Thank you for feedback on lounges! Definitely need to find time to try some of those options!
