October 2013!

Hello!!!

My partner and I are thinking of taking another week-long trip October 26th through November 1st. We haven't book anything yet, but I'm itching to. We went back in December and had a great time.

Good news! The park hours have been out for weeks! Here is the link...

Party nights will be the nights MK closes at 7pm.

We are going Columbus Day Weekend & I noticed that the hours are quite a bit less this year. DHS was open later with 2 showings of Fantasmic on Friday & MK had EH on Saturday (3 hrs) this year it's Sunday with 2 extra hours.

Not a big deal, but I'm going to have to re-think our plans. We were going to do F&W on Sunday hoping to avoid the local Saturday crowd, but that night Epcot is open till 10pm as opposed to 9pm other nights so might just suck it up and go then.

Can't wait till next week when I can make my dinner reservations, that will really decide my schedule then! Hoping Ohana is open late on Friday for a dinner after Hallowishes. :scratchin

THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THIS!!:goodvibes Where did you find this and how come it only shows up to the 13th on the Disney website?! And I call myself an expert? LoL!!! :rotfl2:

Thank you again--I now know what I will be doing with the rest of my Saturday--the laundry can wait! :hyper:

That is the Disney Travel Agent calendar. I discovered the links here on Disboards when I first joined. It is the most accurate and up to date calendar Disney releases. :goodvibes

All evening EMH hours were reduced from three to two at the beginning of this year.

Looking at Oct 28th-Nov 1. Hoping for free dining...but, will be going either way probably. I'll be down in July for a best friends girls only week, so I promised the hubby that we'd book a trip for just the two of us when I get back. We've been once before for the MNSSHP and absolutely loved it! Will be extra cool to actually be there on Halloween this year! Can't wait!!! Dole Whip here I come! :cheer2:

One of the big reasons why I use a TA is because then I don't have to make my ADR's myself.

My ADR's are with my TA and my ADR day is a week away. I can't wait to see what my TA can get for me :goodvibes

Long time reader, first time posting! Just booked our trip for 12-20 Oct! This will be our 4th trip in 5 years but our first time staying at the Beach Club, attending MNSSHP, and Food and Wine Festival!!! Lots of firsts for us! We will also be celebrating my hubby's 31st birthday (actual bday is the 2nd) and my 31st bday on the 19th!!! Can. Not. Wait.

:welcome: Looks like our trip will overlap! Lots of firsts for us too (MNSSHP, F&W, and my birthday!) Looks like we have a lot in common!

Looks like everyone is having luck with ADRs thus far! We have about 18 more days until I book ours...excited!

What will be hardervtobget...BOG or 8am BBB? :)

I think BOG will be much harder to get than BBB. I've scheduled BBB every other year for the last several years and never had a problem getting three appointments for any time I wanted. I've even changed the times months later and still not had any trouble.

BOG, on the other hand, has (at least occasionally) been completely booked 180 days out -from experiences I've read on other threads.

Got our reservations! :dance3: Had trouble with the 10+ days out on the new website, but went through the old site and got in.

Good news, hollygolitely93.... still plenty of BOG times available.:goodvibes

Yay for you! I have had a nightmare morning. Woke up at 4:45 to login. The new site wouldn't allow me to do 180+10 so I tried the "old one". It allowed me to put in resort reservation, but then said it couldn't find it. So I called at 6:00 CST. On hold for 20 minutes, then made all reservations. Only BOG one I could get was 8:00 at night so I booked it anyway instead if taking one on a different day. After I hung up, I realized it was during the only time I could see MEP that trip so hubby waited on hold for me while I took my daughter to school. After a 45 minute wait, the agent said she was sorry, but they are experiencing system maintenance and to try back in a few hours. Really? It took 45 minutes to tell me that? Now I get to call back again later and see if it's up. If I hadn't been so tired when I was on the phone I wouldn't have made such a crazy decision! Hopefully when I call later I won't be on the phone for too long :)
