Carmie3377 - I think being doctors is a great idea. Cheap, simple, and easy to move around in. When we go to
MVMCP, we like to ride the rides and see the shows. Having a big bulky costume would make that difficult.
I'm still leaning towards just wearing matching Halloween/Fall t-shirts. One issue for us is suitcase space. We're going to a family wedding in Atlanta prior to WDW and we'll be dragging our suitcases around. We all have pirate costumes (yeah, I bet that will be a very popular costume) from when we went on a WDW cruise. We COULD easily reuse them, but they include layers of belts and vests and I don't think I want to "deal with it". But, if my kids REALLY want to dress up, I guess we'll find something that works for all of us.
I do sew (casually) and we were a family of m and m's before. Cute and VERY easy costumes, but something to deal with as we walk around. Have you seen that costume? It's a circle front and back, hangs on your shoulders. The circles are m and m colors (different color per person) and fabric paint a "m" in the middle of the front circle. Again, very easy, but "big". I would squash for rides - I use batting between material, so it's soft, but stiff enough. Packing them could be an issue!!!!
