Just wanted to let everyone know that I'm putting "closed" on this thread's title. We have 2 groups that are filled and no one waiting to be put into another one. There have been a couple of other October threads started, so I can add links to those (when I get a chance) in the first post. If anyone strongly objects to me doing this, let me know (and why) and I can always undo it. I'm just thinking that keeping it open will be more work for me than I want to spend. KWIM?

So, we can now use this thread to countdown our trips with each other. And of course, to ask photopass share questions.

We just lost a member for group 2. Due to the organization of this group, we would like to find someone with a vacation end date of Oct 19 or before. All other members have agreed upon the organization of this group so if you are interested, please post here and I will send you our plan and if it works for you, we'll get you added!

It may be a couple of days before I respond, so don't get discouraged. We are in the path of Edouard and per the advisory "dozens of power lines will be blown down with the high likelihood of local power outages" So, I will respond on a first come, first serve basis, it may just be a couple of days. THANKS!

Thanks for the well wishes. The storm moved a bit north last night and we are only experiencing rain , much needed rain!

Anyway, it is kritter that needs to be removed. Sorry, I should have specified.

So glad to hear you got the rain. Phew.

My sister and family are going to WDW next week. I've been helping them plan. It has gotten me all worked up for our trip. I just can't wait. In one way, I'm glad it's 2 months away because I have a few things to get in order (I like to make a matching shirt or two), but in every other way, I'm ready to go NOW!!!

I know what you mean about being ready to go! Just think, when your sis is home from WDW, you still have your trip to look forward to! I would like to do matching shirts too! I got some matching shirts from Disneyshopping.com for our Dec 06 trip, but the sizes of the kids' shirts ended up being so big that DD7 ended up wearing the 2T/3T that I ordered for DS 9mos. I expected it to be big on him, but not to fit DD7! The kid size 8 that I ordered for her was huge too, almost fitting me. I'm adult medium, not a kid medium! I think they must have had the sizing way off or something! Anyway, DS ended up not having a matching shirt.

Anyway, good luck making shirts. Maybe that's the route I need to take. Of course, I'll be making a Lilo costume for DD since I can't find one. DS will be Stitch and I already have his costume. The rest of us (DH, MIL, and I) are going as Hawaiian tourist (for MNSSHP of course!) It's going to be so fun!!!

So who will be going to the Not So Scary Halloween Party while on there vacation in Oct? My girlfriend and I will be there for the 10/28 party, will you be going in costume? Hope it will be as much fun as the Pirate and Princess party we went to in May.

my husband and I are going Oct. 27-Oct. 29, very short stay. Would it be worth our getting into a group. We probably won't have many pictures taken. But since this is our first trip to Disney , I would like to get some good shots. Would we get a CD with just our own pictures or does everybody get everyone elses pictures, too ? I'm still a bit confused. If we get individual CDs add me to the list, please. Propay would be around $21 ?

My wife and I will be at WDW from Oct 11 through Oct 17. We would love to join a group. I was a group leader last year and doing a photopass share was simply awsome. Just let me know if i get into group 2 or if we need to start a new group and i will be the leader, whichever is fine with me.

You may remove me from the potential list. I found a group that was at the end of Oct that will probably work out better for you since your opening appeared to be earlier in the month. That way the time period should work well for all. Thanks, anyway/ Jane
