I didn't watch the Mole but tonight is Survivor. I don't plan on missing it.

I think Denine gets back today, right? Wasn't it the 12th? I hope the warm weather and sunshine were good for her.

Hi guys, I didn't watch the Mole either. I ended up taping it and will watch it tonight with Heidi. She is taking a belly dancing class with a friend. I think they do more laughing than dancing!!
I will definitely be watching Survivor tonight and taping Friends.

I'd say we got about 7 or 8 inches of snow. It is now in the minus temps. Really, really cold but no more snow.

I remember Denine coming home today, also. Hope they had a great time and everyone is feeling much better!

Wish me luck. I have to go drive in this stuff to drop Noah off in
l 1/2 hours. I hate to drive in snow.

It is 2 degrees out right now. Not much snow...maybe 2 inches where I live. The north end of town got more I think.

Barb and I didn't go to the scrapbook book club last night...the roads weren't that good and it was very cold. I watched tv and went to bed...I took a sinus pill so I slept pretty good. I had taken one in the morning and the day was a total waste....except for going to Curves. Everything makes me really sleepy, even the non-drowsey kind.

I have been reading about the Disney buy out but don't understand it except that the stock went up $3 a share yesterday. Don't know if it would be good or bad.

Hi All! Just stopping in to say hi! I thought Denine told me that they get home on the 14th. I'll have to give her a call to see if they are home yet.

Did anyone hear about Pluto getting run over by one of the parade floats and dying? It was in our newspaper this morning. THey said that it was at the start of the parade by Splash Mountain. Didn't go into details though. Maybe Denine will have the story when she gets back!

Shoot, all that worry and nothing. The roads were very good. Only one idiot (high schooler) did a 360 directly in front of me. Duh, you don't speed on ice and then slam on your brakes at the last minute. I bet the guy stopped at the stoplight in front of her had a heart attack! Didn't need the 4 wheel drive even.

Yes, I did hear about the buyout. Heidi and I are quite active on the SaveDisney.com site. In fact, I have a bumper sticker that reads "Goodbye Michael...Bring Back Roy. Save Disney.com". And yes, Heidi told me about the poor Pluto that got killed. How awful. I heard a news blurb that it was back stage. Hope I heard that correctly. How horrible to line up to watch a Disney parade and see something as horrible as that! Don't get me wrong, it was tragic no matter what!

I, too, was wondering about Bonnie. Where oh where has our Bonnie gone? Oh where oh where can she be? Thanks Krista, I feel like I always have to break out into song now. lol

I am in a much better mood. Hope everyone else is. The sun is shining and it will be a much brighter day.

Duh mom, you do it for fun...I do it everytime I pull into the neighborhood and there is snow (not slush). I love to try and get my car to slide with the heavy duty snowtires!!! Just try it once...speed up and slam on the break around the corner. Just make sure no one is around you!!!! I find it fun and entertaining, gotta do something fun in the snow that you don't get cold doing!!!!

Another long work week! But this is a 3 day weekend!! Yippee!!

We'll be leaving in the morning for Turner's tournament. After his last game on Sunday we are heading to Paul's parents house for the night. Turner's godmother is down from Long Island and we haven't seen her in a couple of years. It'lll be a quick visit because we will have to be back Monday afternoon.

I'm so glad we have a fun weekend to look forward to.

I felt so bad for Jenna last night on Survivor. I know I wouldn't have even been there but I think she realized her mistake. Thank goodness it was not too late. Rupert is not faring very well with his teammates. He needs to watch it or catch a lot more fish!

Good morning....another cold morning...l5 today so it is warming up...lol

I wondered why Jenna even went in the first place too but I am glad she got home in time before her mom died. They didn't show how Ruppert's house did during the rain....bet not good. I don't think his tribe likes him very much. I can't stand Richard!! He not only doesn't dress his personality is awful!

Barb and Bob was here last night and they watched it...they are usually at a cell group on Thursday nights so she hadn't seen it before.

I have started watching the Apprentice on Wed nights since it is on the same time Survivor on Thurs.

I lost 2 lbs in 3 days on this diet....Dick hasn't weighed himself because he is afraid he hasn't lost....he said he would this morning.

One of my friends cut my hair yesterday...she was going to trim the ends and kept going....it looks as good as when I go get it cut by a professional....now to help mother nature this morning and color it my natural blonde....lol

The person that was run over at Disney must have been named Javier Cruz as the Disney board I read everyday mentioned it this morning. I guess it happened after the parade in the back lot...I agree it would have been bad is it had happened in front of people and especially kids....not that is wasn't terrible anyplace.

YEA Its Friday, but how many people have realized it is Friday the 13th? Hope no one is superstitious. Susan I am with you when you say 3 day weekend!!!! This Monday is my last holiday from work until Memorial Day!!!

Good morning! I skated into work 25 minutes late this morning......it snowed most of yesterday but it was so fine it just made most of the streets wet which were frozen solid this morning. The scariest part was getting from my car to the front door of the office on my feet! The sidewalk looked like it was just wet but was a sheet of ice.

No special plans for Valentines but at least Ken will still be here. The lawyer is still messing around with the bank so he hasn't had to go back to CS yet.

Tonight we have a birthday party for our grandson that turned 5 on Wednesday. We've been telling him for a year and a half that we are going on the Mickey ship (he corrected me when I called it a boat) when he is 5 so he's ready to go right now. Its going to be a long 8 months for that little guy.

It is 21 degrees here and I live in the southwest! More snow today.

I agree with everyone about Jenna. At least she made it home in time. How sad! Rupert just does not have the support as last time. I love Rupert even though I believe he did make a tragic mistake last night.

Sandy thanks so much for the valentine...you are so sweet!

My natural hair color turned out pretty good....I understand grey takes a little lighter.....just call me blonde!!!

I am so proud of Barb...she has lost 5 pounds this week....just wait until the cruise and Barb and I get on the ship with a new wardrobe and much, much lighter. Now when we get off the ship it will probably be another story.....we will be taking desserts with us as extra baggage.

Patti, hold us to it that we are going to keep losing until the cruise. I have 34 pounds to go so that means I have to lose about 4 pounds a month. If Patti lived closer I know she could keep me in line....she is a very disciplined person. I could whine and cry all I wanted to and I couldn't get to her. She would say mom it is for your own good.....I probably used that on her at one time or another when she was little. She was such a good child she never got spanked.

4 pounds a month will be a breeze if you've already lost 2 and Barb has lost 5. Good for you guys!!

David is getting home from New Orleans today. Mardi Gras was going on, and they never left the paintball field out in Metairie.

Tonight's meal is bulgogi (sp?) It is a sweet/spicy Korean pork dish that you wrap in lettuce leaves and serve with rice. We'll see, always up for something new.

It was driving me NUTS. I forgot to wish Susan, well Turner, good luck at the tournament this weekend.

Can anyone help me? Stacey and Richard are buying their first house together. I remember for a housewarming gift we got a loaf of bread and a bottle of wine. It had a very nice saying attached. Something like may you never go hungry and ?????? Does anyone know the correct saying? It was the ONLY gift that I remember. It was so special.

Nothing going on aorund here for valentines day. Iwill be getting the house ready for th Big Guy's birthday party on sunday. We had to have it this weekend because Garry worked last weekend.

Krista your dinners sound sooooooooooooooooooo good! You will have to send out your recipes! I'm always looking to cook different meals for Garry.

I have done a pretty good job on the weight thing too after Brooke was born. I have gone down 1 pant size (and actually I bought another pair of pants today that is ANOTHER size smaller the the pair I bought 1 and 1/2 weeks ago!) and gone from wearing large tops to mediums! Yeah for me!!! Still have a lot of toning up to do and a few more pounds, but I figure not bad for having a baby 1 month ago! (ok, enough of tooting my own horn! sorry!)

I hope Jeanne's couples party went well. It was this weekend wasn't it?
