Hi everyone! Just popping in to say that we are back!

Barb, I just heard about all the shootings around you! Hope everything gets back to "normal" soon. Hang in there! I will get your new ornament out to you in the next day or so.

Denine and Jerry's plane got delayed from Orlando tonight. Something about the seal around one of the doors. They have Kaleigh's surgery scheduled for tomorrow at 7:30am (I think that was the time). They had to be there at 6am so I don't think you will hear from them until after they get home in the afternoon.

Well, gonna go. I'll be back tomorrow and let you know how Kaleigh's surgery went and how my kid's first day back at school!

Hi guys! Talked to Denine and Jerry today around 1pm and then around 7pm. Kaleigh is doing good. She is hurting but she is a trooper Jerry said.

I hope everyone got our Christmas card by now. If not, let me know!

I'll start the trip report later on tonight or tomorrow. We had a great time! the weather couldn't have been any better!! We had NO rain or really cloudy/gloomy weather. It was the best week for that!!!!!

Ok, gonna go. I'll be back. I just wanted to give you a Kaleigh update.

I did stay home yesterday. The roads were bad and I had had enough. Took some rest time to try and deal with everything. Good news is my church looked normal again today. Everyday when I pass by there is a comfort knowing that this is my church and everything is ok the past few days I have been without that comfort.

I hope Kaleigh is doing well today. I am thinking of her.

I just called my sister and she couldn't talk because Tyler just had another seizure.

I am babysitting Noah and Graci and am so upset over Tyler. It is so hard to be here and not with Stacey. I pray that I don't slight Noah and Graci.

They are thinking that he might have a concussion. I just hate being here. I am pacing and pacing.

Barb - he is not at a hospital, he is back at home. My sister called and told me the story about Tyler's recent seizure. I guess they were walking through the mall and his seizure started and he fell to the ground hitting his head and having a seizure. She was by herself with Joey and him. He had a 3 minute seizure, she just picked him up so he could be safe while another mom shopping in the mall stopped and helped her by entertaining my niece. Driving home in the car my nephew was throwing up. Instantly I think of a concusion but Stacey said his eyes aren't dilated.

I am feeling better now. Stacey has calmed down a bit and now that we are getting more information, I am doing ok. Tyler is now acting like himself again. Playing, talking etc. I am not as freaked as I was.

Heidi and Sandy, sorry to hear about Tyler. I'm glad to see that he is acting like himself. I'm sure that was scary for everyone involved and you guys too!!! Hugs to all of you! Keep us posted!

Barb, I re-sent your gift out. There is a slight difference due to when I got back home from vacation, I called and they were all out of that ornament, SO you will be getting a "new" ornament! Just think of it as a second secret santa!!!

Well, I talked to Denine today and Kaleigh is doing much better today and is acting more like herself. So that is good news.

Garry has been swamped at work since getting back. Actually it started with an email he got monday morning before we left WDW. I know when I posted about "major things" happening at the station, I didn't post the outcomes but that is because what SHOULD have happened (sgt.'s losing their stripes, etc.) didn't happen because the chief dropped the ball. BUT THIS ONE is BIG REALLY BIG and I will post when I'm allowed to. This one WON'T go away. Of course Garry has to be the "bad guy" and do the investigations and talk to city hall etc, but I guess someone has to do it.

Well gonna go. I will type some of the trip report tonight.

Oh I forgot to tell you. Some good news....... When Garry and Makenzie's school had thier fundraiser, anyone who placed an order got their name into a drawing for the "major" prize and Garry WON IT!!!!!! His name was drawn! He won an XBOX 360!!
They are going to announce it to the school on Monday. SO, maybe Santa might get some XBOX games for each kid and maybe mom and dad too!!




ok, sorry for that. I'm just very happy for him. We have never won anything like that. I was at the store yesterday and the XBOX 360 was selling for $349.99 if they had them in stock! So not bad!
