I just did a google search on thermogenic diets. One site talked about certain drugs used for it. I am not taking anything. I wanted to clarify that. Just food. When I first wake up I have 2 t of lemon juice in 8 oz water. For breakfast I had oatmeal and an egg omelet(1 whole egg with 3 egg whites) with salsa. For snack I will have a small apple and 8oz of milk with cinnamon in it. For lunch, 3 cups salad with 1/2 t. olive oil and apple cider dressing and 3 oz chicken or tuna. For snack, it will be V8 juice with 3 splashes of tabasco sauce and a stalk of celery. Right before dinner will be 8oz of water with 2t of apple cider vinegar mixed in it (yucky). For dinner will be 2 cups broccoli, sm sweet potato and 4oz salmon. For snack, 6 almonds. See it it real food. I spice it all up with red pepper flakes and cayenne pepper, not necessary but I know that spices do help with weight loss.
