Man you leave the board for a few days and it changes completely! I am still feeling a little lost.

I have been super busy at work so I haven't had time to check the board and keep up. I have not read the past few pages but I will.

Garry and I just got done watching the Terminal with Tom Hanks and it was really good I thought! We joined Netflix and it is nice to get new released films sent right to the house! We also just watched ELF with Will Farrell (sp). Also a cute movie!!! It isn't a bad deal to join, if you have the time to watch movies (something we don't have much of!) You get to have a max of 3 movies at your home at one time. You can keep them for as long as you want. When you are done, you mail it back in the envelope they provide and request another movie to be sent. We have seen many "new-er" movies this way since it is hard to get to the movies with the 3 little ones!

No computer access until next Tuesday when Comcast can come to the house so I came to work EARLY to post.

Everything is really good here in New Jersey. Both Joyce & I are fine. I don't have time to catch up on all the postings but wanted to let you know I am still alive :jumping4: the Mickey tree is up, the lights are up but I am not done shopping. A few things happened with my younger son - a LONG story but it all turned out okay.

Julie - I didn't really like Elf. I thought it was a little strange, but I am not a Will Ferrell fan, he gets on my nerves. I did see that the Terminal is now available at McDonalds to rent so I am going to go and get that, glad you thought it was good. It looks really good to me.

Jeanne - no access? What happened? Glad you and Barb found your way back home!!

Today I was driving to work and had to pass by a bunch of cop cars and notice the Crime Scene truck and tape surrounding a building. I can't wait until Chris gets out of that area and moves down by us!!! Freaky, yucky!!

Last nights Wife Swap was so funny. Those people were definitely from Boulder!! I loved the Biker dad!!!!

It is so nice to have our "Disney Family" such close friends that live so far apart! I didn't see if we had decided when to have the gift exchange. I bought my gift and should get it sent early next week.

I like the new foremat but I was shut out and finally figured out how to get back on. See, you can teach an old dog new tricks.

The man on AR that no one likes is Johnathan, not Jon. I know because he is my team.....and I want him to lose! He is married to Victoria. Jon is dating Krista who Julie has. If it was possible to go through a tv and shake someone, he would be in traction. What a loser! My other team that I am in the office pool with is Gus and his daughter that is still in the race...never thought they would make it this far.

Let's see, what is different in my life since I last posted.......well I have almost all my shopping done but not quite. I have to get something else for Dick and I need to get Jaymee, Bob, Rick, Kathy, Donna, Christy and a few others....did I say I was almost finished???

My grandaughter's office is having a contest decorating so she wanted me to help. So I suggested a sweet shoppe theme which she wanted to do...only problem was I ended up making the things for it. I cut out 8 big gingerbread men and decorated each one different which took several hours. I made 3 hugh lollipops out of cardstock and dowel sticks, decorated a tree for her boss's office that was in a big santa boot, made a wreath covered with candy, cookies, etc and also a garland that matched it. She bought a standing North Pole mailbox and I made envelopes addressed to Santa. I wrote and printed with my left hand so it looked like kids wrote them. She also bought a blanket with Mr and Mrs Santa and lots of candy, cookies, etc on it. She hung candy from her ceiling and bought a really cute wood cutout that said candy cane lane and it has lights, candy, sparkly things on it. We decorated a tree and she had an elf on a step ladder like he is decorating the tree by it and a gingerbread man that she put candy canes in on the wall. It turned out really cute and everyone keep coming in and telling her she can't win because she has a pro helping her....they would have had a fit if she had done what her boss told her to do and that was hire a proffesional decorator.

I am going out again today and do her boss's office. I have the garland here to put the lights one for his wall. He told her to go buy that big santa that Walmart has that sings for $50....what fun will that be.

YEAH!!!!!! Barb, Jeanne, and Sally are back!!! We missed you guys! The Christmas exchange we were looking at the 20th or 21st I think. It was the sunday or monday before Christmas. Which day is best for everyone?? Or is there another day that would work best?

Just got the kids from school so I have to go and make lunch. I'll check back in later!!!

Heidi, oh how I can't wait for Chris to move either. I always worry not only about Chris and you but also Harold and Oatie. At least they feel safe in the neighborhood. Wasn't Gilligans Island good? I loved seeing those millionaires off. He was ok but her??????? Even though Wife Swap had some crazy people everything turned out pretty good in the end.

Better run, I hear Graci in the trash. Why??????? Oh, oh. Now a strange noise.

WOW Sally, you were busy!! That sounds awesome, you are so creative. I wish we could do that at work. We just got an ethics email stating to limit decorations....horrible!! I love Christmas. I am going to beg my mom into putting up the tree this Friday night after work. I think I can convince my parents!!!

Just so all of you know, we MIGHT take our computer in to be serviced. So if I am gone for awhile I am not lurking. I have this major project going and can't seem to finish it. We have tried several programs and also tech supports. I think it is the computer. Ted said he will look at it this weekend and if we don't get anywhere then, our last resort is to take it in. Who knows for how long I could be without?? Hope not long. It would drive me nuts. At least Heidi can fill me in.

Sally,want to come and visit Ohio and give me pointers on decorating? I thought my house was decorated to the nines, but after reading what you have done.....boy do I need help!!! You should go into the business.

Went down to Amish today. We ate lunch there and found a present for Jerry's mom. Now, we just need to get something for his dad.

I received Sandy's X-mas card in the mail today and it guilted me into posting. No, really, I have just been so busy, as have you all, and have not been on the computer at all.

I still think of you often and hope to meet up on a cruise. I really want to stay a part of the group. Keep me around your chats and hey, let me know when the next wine chat is.

I went out and finished my grandaughters boss's office. He had gone out today and bought one of the life size santa's at Walmart.....what fun....he sings lots of different songs.

I would like to hear how you gals decorate....it is always fun to picture someones house all decorated.....I use to be on another bb and I loved hearing all the different ways people do things. One gal always went all out for fall and Christmas and it was when I was really into country decorating and she did such neat things and had such good ideas. So lets hear from you...it also helped get people in the mood to decorate. I still haven't done much and not sure I am going to....I usually put up 6 trees and since we are going to be gone for Christmas and I hate putting things away it is hard to get in the mood. I would normally have decorated all of Nov so I was done by Thanksgiving but with the furniture situation I couldn't get started...and last year it was getting new carpet in Dec. Maybe next year!!!
