Jerry had a horrible migraine this morning, but he went to work anyway. He is feeling better now.

Supposed to be 92 today, feeling like 100 and then down to 74 tomorrow.

We finished the chocolate popcorn last night. I told Jerry no more cheating.

Nothing else going on. GLad to hear Bonnie is OK.

Just found out that a coworker got in a bad accident yesterday after work and is unconscious. (Mom - it was Shelley aka Land Rover, at the intersection of I-70 and I-76) It's been pretty crazy here at work due to that.

And yesterday I found out that I won't be able to go on the Bed and Breakfast and white water rafting trip because my best friend found out she has pneumonia and dr.'s orders are she has to stay in bed for 2 weeks. Guess I will be living at her house on her birthday...maybe next year we can take the trip.

Denine, sorry to hear about Jerry's migraine. Probably stress related! I am so ready to cheat. I want to go to Johnny Carinos for my favorite pasta dish.

Heidi, oh my. Poor Shelley. What is the prognosis? What happened? And poor Taura. Life has to improve for her.

Well tonight we are taking the truck in for an insurance estimate. I forgot to tell you that Ted's BIG GUY (BOY) got hit at the funeral.

Sally, tonight is BB and Average Joe. Good night for TV!

Good Morning. You guys shouldn't have sent the heat this way. Unfortunately, we have the extreme humidity to go along with it. Today is supposed to be the last day of it. Then back into the 80s which is below normal for this time of year. Even going up to the pool doesn't help much. The water feels like bath water! At least it is wet!

Work is crazy this week. I am covering for my boss who is on vacation. That means late meetings too. I'll be glad when she returns next week.

Pixie dust still being sent to everyone, but all for different reasons!!! I know you guys going on the cruise really need it. I hope you have a fantastic time!!

Sandy, congrats on your weight goal!! What a great accomplishment! This is my last week on the prednisone so hopefully my body will start readjusting and let me start losing again. I gained way too much while on it!

Last night's BB was one of the best I have seen. Kaysar is a real strategist!! I felt sorry for Maggie thinking it was all about her! What a bombshell to her to find out it was about her partner! I can't wait for Thursday's episode.

Gotta run and finish gettting ready for work.

Susan - I so agree about BB episode last night. It was probably the best episode that actually kept my interest through the whole show. I love that Kaysar turned the house upside down!!! Maggie seems pretty stuck up to me. Sounds like work is keeping you busy, don't forget to take a break during the day so you don't drive yourself crazy!!!! Glad to see you posted

Today is supose to get back into the high 80's again, I'm happy because I like all the hot weather!!!!!

I wonder how we can get Bonnie back to posting again? Any ideas? Calling all Mounties.

Yesterday was 95 and today it is 68. We had a couple of really nasty storms yesterday. One in the late afternoon and one at 12:30 last night which cut off our power for 3 hours. I think lightening hit something.

Heidi: Sorry about your weekend away. I feel for your friend with pneumonia! Too bad about your co-worker.

Sue: When do you get to catch a break?

They are hopefully moving Jerry's dad to a regular floor today. We are supposed to go see him after dinner.

Jerry is having a wisdom tooth pulled tomorrow morning.

We opted not to weigh ourselves this week. But, I did try on all my dresses for the cruise and WOW! No body armour for me this trip!

Susan, Heidi and I know about pools feeling like bath water. It was like that at the campground for a while. But......I would never trade with you and all that humidity. I did that in SD and am so happy CO doesn't have it. BB was good yesterday. I can't believe how good Kaysar is at playing this game. Almost too good!

Could any of you help me? A friend of Heidi's and mine would like to know what you would like to see changed in the Navigator and what would you like to be added? Any ideas that would help the guests that pertains to the Navigator is what he is looking for. Thanks!

Mom - I asked for tomorrow off so we will see if Karen will okay it. I just remember that it might be harded to get off because Julia is gone this week, Iris is working from home tomorrow and if I take off that will leave 1 specialist in the office tomorrow and the rule is 2 specialists in the office at all times, we will see!!!!

Our builidng smells like it is burning down. I guess there is a controlled trash fire across the street and our air conditioning is sucking in the odor!!!! We were hoping we would have a few days off!!!

I miss Bonnie, I wish she would post again.

Sally - how are you feeling?

Denine - I HATED getting my wisdom teeth pulled. That is one pain I will never ever forget. I was in pain and tried to take the pain killers but my stomach would get upset because I couldn't eat solid foods to help coat my stomach then I would throw up. Never ending cycle....I just ended up dealing with the pain and not taking the pain killers.

Any ideas/ changes you want made on the navigator?

Thanks Heidi so much for helping me with Nic's request. You are doing such a great job. Fingers are crossed that you can come down with us tonight. Let me know. I hate the thought of you driving down alone tomorrow after work. But....I know, you are a big girl!

Jerry is getting his tooth pulled. It is not impacted, but it does have cavities and it is broken. He had 2 of them pulled years ago. I had all 4 of mine pulled about 13 years ago. It was awful!

It is a nice day today.

Jerry's dad was moved to a regular floor last night. Hopefully he will go home soon.

Nothing else going on.

I work the next 2 days and hopefully we can get the laundry cupboards up. I am finished finishing them.

Heidi is putting up a laundry cabinet on Sunday. Well, ok. Chris and Ted are. Heidi is helping me with door magnets for the cruise. She is my creative one.

We are going camping tonight so will be MIA until Sunday or Monday. Hopefully Sunday so that if I get any suggestions for the Navigator I can forward them on to our friend. Stacey, Richard and the babies might go camping this weekend. Hey Heidi, she bought POOH portable swings for this weekend. Yep, I said POOH!

Feels like I worked every day this week due to the flipping to nights but now that is OVER! Yesterday was the pits at work. We got 13 admissions on day shift.

Happy August lst.....where is the summer going?

Not much news here....still haven't passed the kidney stone...I have a dr appointment Thursday. It was a very hot weekend.....

I did get my front yard cleaned up over the weekend.....now to get the house done before Friday when Linda comes. I guess they had a good time except they had over $500 worth of stuff stolen when they had to give it to security at the border of Jordon. Of course they couldn't complain...their word against theirs. I guess this isn't the first time it has happened to people crossing over.

Since no one else was on, I guess nobody missed me.

We have been very busy around here. Jerry's dad went home from the hospital Thursday afternoon. Jerry is doing fine with his wisdom tooth.
We put up the cupboards yesterday and put the M & M door pulls on as well. What a difference! We have been busy running errands for the cruise. I finally got my library card today. It wasn't easy getting Kaleigh to leave the library. They have a lot of fun things for the little ones to play with.

Sally: Just pass that thing already!
