It is so hot today....I shampooed the hall and guest room carpets this morning and it felt even hotter.

I am working on my Disney cruise album.....the scrapbook room is the only place that is cooler and that isn't very much even though it is on the lst level....

Glad Jerry's dad is home and Jerry isn't having trouble with his tooth. My granddaughter is getting hers pulled tomorrow I think. Makes you wonder why we have wisdom teeth to begin with.....

OK, I just had a long post and it disappeared!! AGHHHHHHHH!

Sally,they just had a story on our local news that heat affects kidney stones! THey said the hotter it gets the worse they become. Becareful out there and take it easy!!!

Denine, is next week too close before the cruise to get together? We would like to go to Cedar Point (without kids, I know that might be difficult for you guys) or something because I need a day/night for adults only. Let me know.

Took our car in today because Garry noticed the brakes were "funny" so I now have a "loaner" (I think I would rather have our car with bad brakes, LOL) and it's looking like it's going to run about $800 plus to get that fixed, the AC repaired and the windshield wiper front motor. NICE!!!!!!!!!!!!

Can I come?.......I wish, I need one to. I figured out today that I haven't been out to my favorite bar in 3 months, when we use to go there atleast once a week!!!! I need a night out!!!

The cruisers leave in about 3 weeks, I am so jealous!!! Julie - I think there is enough time for us to still slip in their suitcases!!!! If Bonnie didn't disappear, she may hae talked my dad into letting me go, oh well maybe next time!!!!

Sally - is it hot down there? During lunch it actually rained!!!! Just wondering if you ever sit still? Maybe if you sat for more than an hour you could pass the stone.

Dick had his appointment with the specialist and he said there was some improvement which is a good sign...

Supposed to be on my way to a nurses meeting, but I am just too busy around here to go, plus Kaleigh woke up extra early.

Jerry's dad has an appointment with the vascular guy today instead of Friday because he is in so much pain. I keep telling them that pain control is what he needs most right now. If only they would put him on a real narcotic instead of something like darvocet which doesn't do much. He can't sleep at all or lie down. Jerry's mom is upset. We told her they didn't cure anything in the hospital, they only improved his circlation ever so slightly. Julie, I got your message about the surgeon your dad had at the Clinic. Thanks!

Julie: We would love to go to Cedar Point without kids! Can't get the grandparents to babysit, but we did just get a flyer about someone in the neighborhood about babysitting. Even an evening out would be great, and probably more doable. We are free this coming weekend. We were just going to paint our bathroom. Jerry has been working on fixing the holes. I understand perfectly about unexpected car repairs!

We leave 2 weeks from today!

Heidi: You are more than welcome to come with us for a night out.

Good news!!! I got rid of the stone this morning....it is about the size of a pea and strange looking....it is hard so it has to be the stone....I guess Sandy and Patti ganging up on me did the trick. THanks!!!

Another hot day....I don't feel like doing anything....just very tired so I will scrapbook and hit it double tomorrow

Denine, sorry to hear that Jerry's dad is in a lot of pain. Poor guy. Maybe Julie's dads doctor would have another opinion.

My mom is going blind from her diabetes and she is at the hospital as I type having eye surgery AGAIN!!

Oh, before I forget. Stacey got her results. Heidi and I are not pleased what so ever the way it is being handled but they said everything looked ok and to wait a couple of weeks.
