Do you guys know what is the earliest time we can board the ship on the 17th?
Kristi
Kristi - I believe the earliest is 11:30, but technically they say noon. I know that they open the port at 10am for checkin... Then you have a while to wait before boarding.
They do bring out the characters into the port lobby before they start boarding the boat.

Does anyone else feel like all they are doing is waiting to go on vacation?
Kim,
Wow, we are both from outside of Sacramento and have similar aged kids, how fun. We will be flying to MCO on Southwest. Leaving Sacramento at 11am, flying thru Vegas and then arriving into MCO at 8:30pm. Wouldn't that be funny if we were on the same flights.
I will definitely meet up with everyone at 3pm.

Has anyone booked any spa treatments yet?
Laura
No, I haven't, but I might see what the specials are once we're onboard. One time I had a massage and a facial. It was so-so. I enjoyed the heated lounger in the spa and the complementary champagne afterward more.
Hey can I ask you guys a first-timer question?
I put a hold on a 2011 cruise (Mexican Riviera). Tomorrow is my due date to put down on a deposit. If I do this am I shooting myself in the foot? Should I wait to book onboard so I can get the 10%? Will they apply that to an existing reservation when I get on the ship?
Thanks!
I want to do a cooking class in Cozumel, and when I told him the price he about jumped out of his skin. I told him it's not that much more than his 1/2 day diving excursion to which he replied that diving is worth more than cooking. To which I said, so you think a couple hours of specialized teaching is not worth more than a glorified taxi ride to and from a diving site. He wasn't ready to see my logic. So, I said, "so you think a taxi driver should make more money per hour than a math tutor?" (I know how he thinks) After a little while of silence, he said, "Well, I don't want to take a cooking class but if you do, that's fine."
It's 2 am here and I'm going to go to bed now.. will check in again later this weekend!
xoxo!
Sue - 2amI think you are going to be the party animal on the ship (see Alan, using the correct term now
), staying up that late.
Get a good sleep and will talk to you later.

Monica - DH is taking that class. He is the cook in our family, so I think it is a good investment.
DD and I will be enjoying the beach, while he is in the class.
Laura
Now, I'm looking at the one at Playa Mia. Is he doing that one? Originally, I was thinking of the one with Josephina but it not a beach resort class, it's in the teacher's home and is 30.00 more than the beach ones. Her class involves a field trip to the market. The beach resort class, I think, is a good compromise. I was looking at the massage prices, too. Not too bad.
