I have been swamped at work lately! No time to play.... I will have to catch up on this thread about the "Stateroom Tag"???

Yes I suppose "High Tea" is a tea party for adults! I have never been so this will be my first time too.

Looks like I may be doing High Tea twice this trip. I just can't wait to meet all of you.

So are we still planning for the Promenade lounge on the first Sea day for our meet??

My Best friend is using Coleen from MouseEarsVacations and she called yesterday and was able to bump her up to a Cat 8 Guarantee instead of a Cat 9 and even saved her another $200 off the price. Someone was cancelling when she was booking Barb and so somehow she worked it too Barb's advantage! She told me she had a magical day yesterday!

I am still waiting out Airfare...I know it is crazy,but I got a good feeling a big sale is coming for my dates from Southwest!! It was Aug 4th last year when I snagged those $49 flights for last October. I will even take $79 at this point!

I have another "First Timer" question. If I don't know my dining rotation, how can I book Palo brunch and be sure it doesn't run into the same date for Character Breakfast?

Any ideas?????

I think if you book brunch and then find out it is the day of the Character breakfast you could maybe switch when you get on board. I am sure they will hold spots for people that want dining when they board. Plus others may cancel for the same reasons. I am sure it would work out. You have lots of options.

Since they won't tell us our dining options it is hard to know for sure??

I put in a dining rotation request,but who knows if I will get it???

I am hoping for PLAPLAP!

We had that problem once. What we did was go to the breakfast and just have some coffee and a light nibble. The food at the Character Breakfast isn't really anything that you can't get on other days so we didn't feel like we were missing anything, and we still got to see our characters!

I agree with the Schmooster...

the food at the character breakfast isn't anything spectacular - you're really going for the fun and excitement of seeing Mickey and his pals.

We scheduled our brunch for 11:30 on Monday, so if our character meal falls on that morning we may just go grab a croissant and some coffee and have some pictures with the Disney gang in Parrot Cay or we might just skip it this time around.

I am soooo ready for this vacation. How many days do have left? Surely someone here knows??

Excellent! Eleven weeks...I can live with that!

I saw the replay of Clement getting hit about a zillion times it seemed on Sports Center. They announced how disturbing the footage was before showing it, and then showed it from every possible angle ad nauseum.

I'm amazed that he wasn't seriously hurt - very lucky for him and his family.

DD and I are on Deck 5....5520 Secret porthole room~!

I love deck 5. Perfect location! No balcony for me...DD would be over the edge and that would freak me out! I am just happy to have window!

You are going to love 5520...DH and I had that room (on the Wonder) in April. Great view out the window, it is barely blocked!
I like deck 5 too, very little traffic and close to the movie theatre and kids club for those with kiddies

Holy Cow...I can't believe I actually was able to post those!!! I'm am sooooo computer illiterate!!!!

They are kind of LARGE aren't they? Anyway, you get the idea.

The only one's I did were the 2nd and 3rd ones. Jenny (Donaldsgal) did most of them for me and Andy (Verandah Man) did others. Oh my gosh...I just realized that I forgot to show you the best one!!!

we are on deck 5 too...rooms 5013 and 5014 (i think!)...we are in a cat 8 and cat 11 (sideways)...i am looking forward to being on the 5th deck because my kids live in the kids club...this year i plan on taking the stairs as much as possible to help my weight so the 5th deck is a good middle point!
