Thank you! I have so many pictures I would love to share! I just have to figure out how to post them! I promise I will, though. I'm going to Orlando tomorrow and will be back Sunday. I'll get them on here then. I just read through 20 pages of posts on this thread! Whew!

TMMomma, I would LOVE to know what excursions your family did. Our family will be DH and I, and 2 sons who will be 11 and 13. We are not a physically fit bunch, lol, and every excursion seems to have scuba diving, or snorkeling or hiking involved! I was looking for something that maybe took us to the beach and let us RELAX....WITH our clothes on!
Grandma, you have quite the trip planned!!! (did I look at that right?) I am jealous! THREE straight weeks on the Magic!!!!!! LUCKY YOU!!! Your formal photo is beautiful!!

We have been SUPER busy around here! Celebrated the 11th Anniversary of my 29th Birthday yesterday! LOL It was a good day!!

Kristin! Have a MAGICal trip!! Would love to spend even just a few days in the Magic Kingdom!!! Ride the Haunted Mansion for me! I heard it's great after renovation!!

Just a bump. I have a cold and can't breath so sleep just isn't in the cards right now. Maybe a little bit latter. Think I got infected on the Magic right before the cruise came to an end. As long as it did not effect my cruise I am happy.

Well I had better close because I am having trouble think as well as breathing.

Yes, you saw right we have a B2B2B booked. Now all we need to do is find part time jobs to pay for them. I think we can do it. Time will tell. Lois

The biggest bummer is that what ever it is we got it on board. There are at least 6 other DISERS on the cruise that got sick as well. Just happy that it didn't kick in till after we got home.

As far as packing I alway over pack and never wear but half of what I bring. Got to learn how to pack lighter. I do plan to do laundry in between each of the cruises. That way I won't need to fight for the washer and dryers. I will start packing sometime next summer but I have three file drawers that I stick stuff in for the cruise all year long. I live for my DCL Vacations. Lois

Got an internet connection tonight so I can try and get my twins tickets to Hanna Montana tomorrow morning when they go on sale. Having a great time the weather has been great a bit of rain but otherwise hot and we are having a GREAT TIME!!!!

The parks are empty......

Hi Everyone! I just found these boards today! What a newbie, I know! Some friends and us just booked this cruise yesterday! This will be my first time to cruise and we are so excited!
I think I need some help with the lingo of these posts! If I am understanding this right.....Our passenger list consists of me DW, DH, and Twin DS's age 10 by cruise time.

I noticed 3sons is from Alabama also!

Any help and hints will be appreciated! We have plenty of time to wait don't we!!!!

We won't be able to book this cruise until the early part of 2008, but we are definitely sailing with everyone. The wait is KILLING me! This will be our 16th cruise, but only our 2nd Disney cruise. Our first Disney cruise was on the Wonder in October 2005. There will be four of us--me, DW, DD (she'll turn 10 on the cruise), and DS age 8.

I will be going to a friend's daughter's wedding tomorrow.
Today, I will be working on a lot of the desserts for the wedding. Instead of a big wedding cake she wants a dessert buffet for 300 people. It has been a busy week and it's going to be a very busy weekend for me.

Hello All, I have been keeping up, just not posting lately. It’s been very busy at work. We made our last TV on the 14th, and are busy making the transition from a manufacturing facility to a product returns / refurbishing facility. We are getting ready to leave on our New England Fall Foliage trip in a couple of days when my DGM gave us a scare a couple of days ago. She will be 90 in December, and has a few health problems. She is a Breast Cancer survivor. In the process, her lungs were burned by the radiation treatments and has been on oxygen full time for about 4 years. Twice in the last 6 months, she has been in the emergency room with breathing problems and infections. Both times, she was not expected to survive. All I can say is she is one tough cookie. A little pixie dust might not hurt either!
OK, back to cruising!! to all the new cruisers. Our group is about to experience a large growth spurt!! Remember a while back when I told you several more people would be joining us?

...... On our fall cruise last year, there were about 50 or 60 people from Wilson County, and most of them are disers. I would be willing to bet that most of them will wind up on this cruise.

Sorry I haven't been around to chat with you all lately, but I am trying to ready our home for sale and renovate the new home and then deal with daily stuff besides! Jeesh!!!

But, since I can't contain myself, I wanted to post some news before DH had the chance to Our cruising gang will be getting larger by one more early next summer! We just found out we are EXPECTING!!!! I still find I am waking up in the morning and saying "Oh Yeah...I AM pregnant" to myself...Not definite on due date yet, but I already talked to my agent and she said we should be okay with the 12 week age requirement for the 10/08 cruise. So, on to a new planning scheme...Cruising with an infant, plus 3 more kids! Good thing we already have our TWO cabins booked
