October 11-18, 2008 Eastern Magic-Parrothead Pirates in Paradise!

We just booked while on the May 27-31st Wonder. Can't wait for the next 16months to pass. It will be myself, DH, DS (13) and DS (10) at time of sailing. This will be our 2nd Disney cruise. I read something about a website. I'd appreciate any info on this.

I read that story, yikes!

I actually got our passports today!!!! Well, mine came Saturday, the other 3 came today.

I have been in work hell, so have had no time to post. The rest of this week is going to be even worse, so I'll probably be out of the loop at least until the weekend.

I am signing in for the October 11, 2008 cruise. We just got off the Wonder on Thursday and we're already counting down until next October!!! This is our first 7 night cruise, and only our 2nd all together. I'm now one of those sceptical newbies who are now completely hooked on cruising with Disney!

My little cast of pirates include:
DS 11(at time of cruise)
DS who will be celebrating his 9th birthday onboard!
And of course my dh and myself.

It is good to see there will be other kids my kids age on board! I look forward to getting to know y'all before we set sail.

Thanks for the welcome SteveandTonya! Your right, we are already trying to figure out exactly how much we are going to spend to get the budget down tight so we can afford my new addiction.

My crew of pirates hail from Arizona. We are not melting yet this summer, but I am sure it is coming!

Welcome, SoccrMom! We are too trying to determine what godly amount of spending $ we will need for this trip, it being our second cruise with DCL! Our first was this past Dec. and we visited WDW before and after the cruise. We were pleasantly surprised that our tab at the end of the 4 night Wonder was roughly only $800, which included tips ( but was further reduced by Disney rewards $ and OBC for two cabins! ) My thought right now is to keep piling the cash into my ING savings where I cannot touch it too easily and let it add up! We also use a club savings at our local bank which pays out each October. So if we can leave that alone this year and have it available next year as well, we should be good!

I also have a DS who will be 10 at the time of sailing (as well as DD7 and DS5 at sailing) and he cannot wait to get back into that club! Looking forward to the kids maybe meeting up!
