Trust me, big lot isn't always a great thing as I sit here and watch the snow still fall. Big lot means, big driveway, which means alot of snow removal!

Thanks, it is nice and quite and private. We have good space between the houses and all. We have a nice yard that is why Bruce wanted to add on and not move!!! Our pool was a big factor too!!!!!!!!

I like that idea... I don't think I could handle the winters out there. But the idea of one acre minimum lots is outstanding...

Yup...I've never had a big lot or a lot full of snow. Tough to relate.

Only if you put one up. We have one on the sides of yard to keep the kids in when they were little but most do not unless they have kids or pools. If you have an inground pool you have to have a fence. Our fence you can see in the pictures is around our pool area too!!!!!!!!!
